We love staying at the Plaza, so many great reasons to stay here especially if you’re transferring the next day. It right at the airport, five minutes walk to the Jewel, amazing room option, great amenities and really good staff. To top it off, if you get the chance to go to the Club Lounge you will find it to be the best travel lounge in the world. Raymond and Arvind are just so welcoming and gentle with everyone, it makes you feel you’re coming home. Great selection of wines and other drinks, amazing food, I’m a vegetarian so it really does take a lot for me to say that, and it is just so comfortable and easy - well worth the extra money to really make your stay super special. Had a wonderful few hours there this evening, big thank you to both Raymond (so good to see you again) and Arvind ( great to meet you) for making our night special.

Excellent stop over choice

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Singapore airport on the way from Australia to the UK. We landed at around 9pm and were through customs and in our room by 9.45pm. The room was clean, the beds comfy and the bathroom great, all we needed. We had a late check out the next day and so made use of the fantastic pool. My only slight issue here is that the majority of recliners around the pool are reserved for the rooms that front on to the pool area. There are some chairs for other guests but at peak busy periods they can fill up quickly. If you are looking for convenience and excellence this is the place to go.

Convenient location Hotel is located Only 2 mins walk on your left hand side once come out of customer. Hotel is at terminal 3. Only 5 mins walk to jewel by using the sky bridge However, hotel is not allow for early check in ! We paid additional $200 Singapore dollars for early check in. The hotel check in time is 3 pm, we were at the hotel 7 am. Which is acceptable. Room is adequate size with a bathtub and nice view.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to enjoy spending time at the Jewel and Changi Airport. This hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 3 and have attached walkways to T3 at both the first and second floors. The front desk was warm and friendly (unlike its sister hotel IC Singapore in Middle Road). He even wrote his name down on the room key card sleeve in case we have questions for him in the future. Other lobby staff was friendly as well, full of smiles. The room has an outdoor hallway, so for those who are scared of heights or worry about wet hallways from rain, you may want to ask for a lower floor room. The room we got was big and the bathroom was a good size. The shower was much roomier than IC. The odd thing was that even though they had refurbished it, the drawers can't be closed all the way. The TV was on the small size and it was hard to watch when one lie in bed across the room. It does have my favorite channel, Bloomberg. One can access the Jewel easily from the walkway next to the 2nd floor hotel entrance. Breakfast was good and the staff hard working. We were there on Wednesday morning, after the Golden Week was over, so it was pretty quiet. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider this hotel again.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport to break my trip to London. Best decision- comfortable, clean and well located. The staff were very helpful and I would definitely consider this option again. Being so close to the Jewel meant there was plenty you could do and I felt the stopover was much longer than one night.
