Lovely hotel and perfect for attending a concert. Room was spacious and clean although beds quite hard. Room on floor two and was very quiet. Check in was smooth and staff very welcoming. Breakfast was better than we expected, with plenty of variety. Would recommend and revisit

Stayed 1 night to see Take That the service when we arrived was second to none, everyone smiling and welcoming, made you feel.like family, booked taxis for us, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was.lovely plenty of choice, from beginning to end of stay we were made to feel welcome, thank you highly recommend.

Parking super easy. Check in quick and all of our needs taken care of. Our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. The chicken, although tastier than ever, was tough and had to be sent back. Chaise who managed our table was super understanding and very apologetic. She looked after us very well and nothing was too much trouble. It’s been a while since we have received such great customer service and professionalism. The bar service was also great, very personable. Again an absolute breath of fresh air to experience staff with a can do attitude! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Will certainly visit again. :-)

Decent place this. We needed a place to stay for the night for a trip to the Rep theatre. This place was superbly located for that as about a five minute walk away. Arrived and parking under the hotel (expensive as they all are in Brum, but cheaper than the Mailbox). Greeting at check in was friendly and helpful. Room was a good space on a higher floor. Nice enough bathroom. great comfortable bed and very efficient air con. No mini bar, but complimentary bottled water in room with usual tea and coffee Breakfast was a buffet affair but lots of choice too. A good option in Birmingham

A disappointing and slightly unpleasant nights sleep. I would not stay here again. They have worked to make the lobby look good but the rooms very dated and a little run down. Breakfast was ok, but a noisy night with uncomfortable beds. I would stay somewhere else. Stayed here one night as the hotel we had booked for further days was unavailable.
