MY STAY WAS TOO GOOD, My friend are so happy buffet breakfast was awesome, specially thanks mr. jiyabul for his excellent service, all staff are good. they are always in smile face, this things make me more comfortable. only issues with the pool otherwise over all good.

Alok from housekeeping department was so obliging and efficient..he changed our tea stained bed sheets in the middle of the night with a smile on his face and refused to take a tip as well..we need more such workers who work willingly with a smile..

Hotel booked on grounds of swimming pool amenities etc but on booking date it were under repair no current in room during check in.alternate swimming pool arrangements were not discussed.

We expected a standard while booking with radisson. But this was the worst experience I ever had. There are so many options out there way more better than this. But radisson didn't have a brand value that we expected. Pool was so dirty even had snails in it. Only positive thing to mention is about their food.
