We had a 2 bedroom unit at the rear of hotel. We liked the location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The unit was well equipped. We liked the decor. Though we found the bathroom a bit small and water would come out as there was no door to shower. There were some light fixtures that did not appear to work. Aside these minor flaws, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent well connected location. Duplex apartment was fun and very clean with all the facilities needed for a very comfortable short stay to explore Barcelona. Great for all the family. We would definitely go back and recommend for all visiting Barcelona.

My son had a medical issue and we had to cancel our trip. Everything was fully booked. Singapore Airlines refunded the plane tickets immediately and all the hotels in our route (San Gil Plaza in Zamora, Castillo Ayud en Calatayud) were very sympathetic and proceed with cancellations without charges right away. Unfortunately, and even though our stay was more than a month away, Cosmo not only refused via booking.com but also provided no answer to my emails. Maybe be good, maybe bad accommodation, but from a service stand point, they suck. Period. Stay away.

Fomos roubados, arrombaram a porta do nosso apartamento e levaram dinheiro, objetos de valor e itens pessoais. A direção do Cosmopolitan não deu assistência nenhuma diante da situação! We were robbed, our apartment door was broken into and money, valuables and personal items were taken. Cosmopolitan management did not provide any assistance in the face of the situation!

Booked through Agoda for 4pax with full apartment description well suited for 4 adults, double checked with Agoda that it is correct booking. Hotel did Not honour the booking when we reached and insisted we only booked a room with 1 queen sized bed. They pushed the blame to Agoda and we had to book an additional room elsewhere last minute. The staff also admitted that this was not the first time it happened (& yet nothing is done to prevent the same? Dodgy.) We also paid part of the city tax via Agoda( as stated clearly in confirmation letter) but hotel insisted we have to pay the full amount on the spot. Side note: still waiting for the eur200 deposit refund. Usually hotels has a holding charge as deposit (and not deduct first then refund). Suggest skipping this hotel for your peace of mind.
