As per my suggestion, It's a old hotel which the rooms needed to be re-renovated by the Hotel Management. I'm staying here 3 times on the month of April this year just because of the staff kindness and friendliness ( The customer service level provided by Mr.Tinaga & Ms.Dina is 100% makes me come to Corus again for the rest 2 times). Especially, I and my husband felt so welcoming and energetic whenever we talk to Mr.Tinaga, he always greetings the guest whenever they cross by him and the energy he given us is something that I believe guest would needed from all hotel staff. Secondly, Ms.Dina is good at direction for place to visit and helpful interms of what we needed during our stay. She and a bellman did recommend us some seafood restaurant which is so tasty and Worthy. Food at Corus is not bad but I would be happy if they can provided more variety on the breakfast. However, at the moment it's worth for the price we paid. Their Dimsum shop I will be recommend to try because it's taste good and worth for the price. Rooms at Corus is spacious and actually the furniture is old and still can be used. We can say that in good condition. The carpet is smelly for all the 3 different rooms we stay but we just not asked for change room because of their customers service satisfaction. Mr.Tinaga offer us to changed room but we're fine with our room because even it's smelly but I and my husband likes the way Mr.Tinaga handle us. We just don't want to give the staff trouble for us. Therefore, during the last day checking out the process was smooth with Mr.Haspar and he did carry our luggage to car since no bellman service available that time. Overall, I can say that Corus Customer Service is TIPTOP! Just renovated the rooms and I believe Corus will be the outstanding hotel in KL City. I would like to wish many thanks for the staff I mentioned above for all the effort you all put on each and every guest comes around there. I definitely will be coming back from Maldives on July to see you all again. Thank You Corus.

My mum n got to the hotel at 11 in the morning after our flight from Cochin.We were told by an Indian male staff member wit Diana at reception that we could not check in because guests were still to check out. We were to walk around to kill some time as check in is only at 14:30..We did so but my mum been elderly was already tired n we returned to the hotel around 13;30 hoping to check in but was told again that a room was not available. Yet surprisingly there were people coming in after us who were assisted by the very same Indian male staff. After a few of sitting in the foyer my mum approached Diana and explained to her that we were waiting for a room since 11 that morning, we were finally given a room.. The room was however appalling. It smelt musky, damp and had no ventilation. Water leaked from the toilet and the room was not well maintained.We then explained to reception the situation and asked that the room be changed but nothing was done. The next morning we reported that the toilet leaked and that afternoon we were told it was repaired but to our surprise it was not. It is shocking that the hotel is a 4 star hotel and it is clearly misleading. We will never be returning to that hotel nor recommend it to any one .

We stayed here because we wanted to visit the Petronas Twin Towers, and yes, the location is excellent for that. Ironically, the lady at the front desk who checked us in said she was giving us an upgrade to a newly remodeled room, which we later thought was a joke. The room was spacious, but old and beaten. If this was a newly remodeled one I cannot imagine a regular one. I won't be back here.

Location is less that 10 minutes to KLCC. Love the deep pool.

Hotel Corus KL is our favourite hotel whenever we come to KL. The location is very close to the Avenue K, KLCC lrt station, and KLCC itself. The hotel is not new but everything is well maintained. The staff are friendly. Shoutout to Hizarni who always at us whenever we come for breakfast. What I love about this hotel is the swimming pool. The pool is not big but it has both shallow and deep (2.1m) areas. Me and my daughter love swimming in the deepen. I'm not sure if any other hotel have deep pools like Corus. Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to those who want to stay near KLCC.
