Experience was really great. The staff was polite and food was good. The view from balcony in the morning is beautiful & the infinity pool was awesome. View during the sunset is mesmerizing. It's a wonderful family weekend getaway. Completely loved it.

We visited coorg cliff resorts with family for 2 nights stay. We have two kids, younger one is 6 month old and we were initially skeptical on how the baby will be able to adjust. However from the moment we entered the resort staff made sure we had all necessary support to have a pleasant stay at the resort. They provided cradle for the baby and kids chairs in the dining hall . Overall the hospitality was amazing. The view from the room/ balcony and the resort pool area is awesome. What we liked - hospitality was top notch - kids and family friendly - Great mountain view from the room balcony - amenities like pool, kids play area - plantation walk was very informative - more service staff at restaurants for a convenient dining experience Improvement - will be good if the resort can provide charging option for Electric cars. (Can be billed on customers). I had to spend 1.5 hours in mysore both ways just for charging/waiting. This time can be saved if resorts provide charging option. -

Have to improve food quality and give some better options for lunch. Activities area is not that much active. No such fun was organised.

Excellent location with great hospitality - The location and the property is very nice, and valley view is very beautiful. - we are a veg food loving family and we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. - Staff was over all very nice and care taking, but especially Ravi Rai, Kavita and Ashwini were very nice and helpful. - During Plantation visit, Nani was explaining very nicely, and we enjoyed the nature. Appreciate overall stay and will surely re-visit next time.
