Although this is located in the fort Kochi region, its a little inside on a small street, with not much view or anything. Have all the amenities, with neat cozy rooms. A 10 min walk takes you to the sea side walk. Felt that its a little overpriced for a regular home kind of accommodation. Also, the place has limited parking space, so might be an issue if all rooms are occupied

Stay was ok, the lady at the desk very nice. Price also quiet ok for the conditions. There was no hot water, other than that bed was clean, bathroom little less clear but it was still ok. The home stay had a good location, it was close to the bus station and the bay.

I booked 2 rooms to stay here with some friends, the Indian friends (a couple with a child) were asked to show their wedding certificate! The rooms were ok nothing special, clean enough but no hot water, we had one a/c room it didn't work very well. They seemed to have some overbooking issues, one night someone knocked on our door at 11pm to ask if we were checking out as someone was waiting for the room. Reasonable location, short walk to the main areas and the bus stand.

I just landed as I wanted to change my previous hotel. Very nice clean, with a kitchenette, could make my food. Centrally located, All basic facilities were available . Whwenever I am in Cochin I will stay there and strongly recommend.

A tuktuk( auto rickshaw) overseer named Sharif showed me this slightly hidden spot. Only ten minutes walk from the oceanside boardwalk it is immaculately white and spotlessly clean.Nice storage space, great bathroom, lousy 1 channel TV with the one channel in Mayalam( but who cares...I never even turn them on) Staff is friendly, responsive and speaks English from barely to quite well depending on who is at the front desk. Courtyard has an egg tree and star fruit tree and a nice clothes line.Rooftop space is immaculately clean. They let you use their kitchen for making coffee or cooking your street-purchased seafood. Only small downside to this place is a fairly robust mozzie infestation. They allowed me free reign with their "tennis racket" bug zapper and I could kill between 50 and a hundred just brushing along the curtains at dawn and dusk.Satisfying in its own mild crematorial way and effective ,but a solid, fresh mosquito net would have made more sense. That or tighter screens on all windows.Nonetheless a great room for the price and location.
