Hotel is nice enough, but the air conditioning was not working properly in multiple rooms. The hotels solution is to pass out box fans.

I enjoyed my stay. I liked the unlimited water machine, came in very handy. Overall, I liked the hotel, it was convenient and got the job done. My only complaint is… new mattresses are needed. My bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable.

Poor Service for the Cost

Front desk clerk was useless. Couldn't/wouldn't check me in (redirected me to a kiosk to enter in my email and make my own key) and couldn't tell me if my rewards number was on the reservation. She provided the reservations phone number (however the phone tree only offer 2 options, press 1 for a new reservation or 2 for directions). Front desk clerk couldn't help with any late check out options either. For over $300/night, I would have expected much better service.

Great location to everything. Restaurants and shopping are abundant. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We slept very well. It was quiet The staff were all very helpful and kind. They had a water bottle station that was awesome. They had tea or coffee anytime in the dining area off the lobby. There is a restaurant/pub attached to the lobby that had yummy food. We walked to from a Celtics game and felt very safe.
