I am stayed here for 1 night every thing is good only bed is not comfortable it have twin mattress which is very wrong food is good room t-kettel is very dirty restaurant manager is very helpful but bed mattress need to change

Hotel has improved a lot in every aspect. Good clean linen. Lavsh breakfast. Better staff. Best rate in vicinity. Good food. Dhoom Singh 'Negi helped oit of way. Overall thrilled to see changes. Got laundry delayed but they acted fast.

Worst 4 star hospitality chain. No standards, no proper room services. I checked in 11 at night, got in the room, AC wasn't working properly. Called 7 times for that problem at front desk and was assured everytime. every time i called and they used to ask me 'sir the technician didn't reached'? literally harassed by poor services , felt i had checked in an oyo. Even after i gave ultimatum to check out, they didn't send a person. next morning, the surprisingly worst breakfast of my life in this standard assured property. Again the oyo experience. Unmnaged staff, no forks or spoons available at tables. had to ask for it again and again. poorest quality food. not even a single item was satisfactory. Never ever get trapped in their pricing if u are a person who enjoys services and property. Poorly located, unprofessional staff. Even when checking out i tried to gave my feedback, none of the guys there gave a damm to even listen and reply.

Its a Horrible place with below pathetic conditions.. stayed in #305 and it was a night mares for life time. if you are planning to stay there for any reason then beware because..... 1. Bed linen welcoming to give you tons of disease. 2. They won’t provide towels untill u asked then they give only bath towel with discard condition. 3. They don’t even provide you packaged water. They provides tap water in Bisleri Bottles. 4. They don’t provide Dental kit Shaving kit and other amenities you have to carry your own. 5. No Hot water its a standard of the hotel as receptionist replied. 6. If you order tea or coffee god knows when it will come(never.) 7. Charging point burnt you can not charge your mobile. 8. A/ac was ok but wall fan doesn’t work. 9. Cleanliness and hygiene is in minus condition. 10. Curtains having lip stick marks and full of bad smell and dirt. 11. Chairs are worn out and dirty like hell you can not sit. 12. In the breakfast Chef forgot to put salt in Aalo bhaji. 13. When you have breakfat there u will notice someone is abusing in the kitchen and you can clearly listen it. I have clicked 25 pics of this hotel room #305 only but its allowed only 10 pics to upload.. Please never ever think to stay in this hotel.... stayed on 21st August, 2019. Checkout 22nd August, 2019.
