The bright and friendly smile and greeting from front desk staffs the moment we step into the hotel make us feel welcome. The staffs are all friendly when we pass by they always greets us with lively smiles. We have issue with the Wifi in our room,they immediately took a router to our room for us. We are so shock that their fast response and the staff bring to us is so friendly. Debby is so nice. she recommended a good stall for us to eat the Mee Sua. I feel comfortable talking to her. The room is clean and bright too We will recommend friends going to Taipei to stay at your hotel.

My first visit to CityInn Hotel Taipei Main Station Branch II in May 2024. The Room Service I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The service staff is so courteous and attentive (e g. Use cable tie to bind my phone charger's cable together). Furthermore the quality of the toiletries and bathroom amenities is superb! The high-quality television and TV entertainment programme is marvellous. The room service team working silently in keeping guest rooms clean and tidy daily. Thus makes me feel comfy and cozy at home. The housekeeping standard in CityInn Hotel are exemplary.. GOOD JOB ! 👍 Customer Service Staff The staff at the reception hall were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable.( e.g. To direct me from the hotel to ningxia night market). Whenever guest enters into the hotel or walks by the counter, the counter staff will stand up to greet. The staff are all so professional and warm and is truly commendable. To the staff I engaged with:- Aria, Angel, Cindy, Debby, Lillian, Kenny, quintin and Tim. Hey, you guys are not only the assets of the company but the tourist ambassadors of Taiwan!!! Each of you is the member of the DREAM TEAM in every hospitality organisation. You are doing a fantastic job! The service team's passion for hospitality shines in every aspect during my stay in CityInn Hotel Tapei Main Station Branch II. I will be back!!! 😃

I really want to give 4.5 starts, not 4. The hotel location is superb, close to Taipei Main (so that one can take an express train to Taoyuan Int'l Airport) and Zhongshan Station (6 mins walk). McDonald's, KFC, 7-11 and Familymart are all around the corner and Q square mall with many shops and restaurants is only 5 mins away. The hotel also offers free coffee, latte, hot chocolate, snaks, etc. so that one doesn't need to go out for small bites. The best part of CityInn is the staff. I thought all the staff were polite and helpful. They were quick to respond to my questions. Unfortunately, the room/bathroom were too small for me (probably not too bad for Taipei though) and getting slightly dated. But I must say that they were clean enough. The linens were fantastic. If you're looking for a mid-range hotel in a convenient location and wonderful staff, the CityInn Hotel Branch 2 is a great choice. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel one year ago and revisited it because I was very pleased with the location and cleanliness. They have great facilities like a kitchen with drinks and snacks. Also, their laundry room is very convenient for longer stays. The staff showed great hospitality. Sam was very helpful with everything. A big thanks to him and his team.

Downtown Taipei is expensive and many cheaper hotels in noisy locations or small rooms with thin walls so can hear neighbours. If you can get for a good rate (Agoda had lots good rates for Taiwan hotels) then the CityInn is great value with rooms up high and out the back being nice and quiet. Rooms also a bit larger than many others we stayed in. Close to main train station, friendly staff, nice kitchenette with microwave and free coffee machines in reception
