Enjoy the cockroaches and never ending noise in this awful place

One of the worst places I ever stayed at. I arrived at 11 pm and was too cheap for paying a real hotel. Noise beyond imagination, half of Bombay apparently stayed at the room next door. Sheets had stains and cigarette holes. Cockroaches appeared after I simply made a coffee (sugar maybe), then they were everywhere. In the bathroom they had smaller cockroaches,different species maybe? Yikes. Glad there were no crocodiles. Terrible place. So many words to call places like these. They all end with ‘-hole’. No pest control at all. No shower curtain, nothing. AC didn’t cool much. Awful experience… Disgusting ‘hotel’.

My group stayed here for 2 nights. My family had checked in the Family room with 2 double beds. The 2 double beds were not king-sized and not soft enough for sleeping. The lobby is always smelly. The room has 4 complimentary bottles of water and coffee. They don't provide a hair dryer in the room, you have to ask the receptionist for that. The bathroom was clean. The location is good bcoz really near the MRT main station. Have convenient stores, mall and restaurants nearby.

This hotel has a excellent location. It is nearby KL Sentral Station and Staff are friendly but the room conditions are not maintain. Water leaking from the toilet bowl , water heater and aircon not working , stained bedsheets, insecure towel hanger are a few issues during check in . If these are fixed , this can be a good hotel.

Nice budget hotel. Good location, opposite NU Sentral. Walking distance to KL Sentral, convenient to move around using public transport. Clean room, clean bathroom with toiletries provided. The bed and shower were very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff, check-in / out progress was very smooth. Recommend to stay.

Booked this 2 star hotel based on review that it is a clean hotel. However, did not meet my expectations. Pros 1. Very near to KL Sentral 2. Next to a mall 3. Newly renovated, door uses card key, rain shower 4. Very helpful housekeeping staff 5. Provides drinking water, shampoo & soap. Cons 1. Sheets and towels are stained. Staff says they are clean but stains can't be washed. Pillows have hair cream smell. 2. Toothbrushes and toilet paper not provided. Had to ask for it from housekeeping. 3. No windows in Triple room, although website stated City View in all room descriptions. 4. Noisy walkway, soundproof is low.
