This stunning hotel has everything you need. In a very good position in Shibuya Japan. Walking distance to great shopping and the famous “Scramble Crossing”. We had the executive rooms with access to The Executive Lounge with its outstanding views and perfect service of drinks and food. You feel a million dollars staying here. Luxury all the way.

Incredible service, from arrival to departure. My wife left her cell phone at the airport when we landed - overtired. Realized it on the way to the hotel and had our driver bring us back to Haneda, to no avail. We then went to the hotel and figured we would just report the lost phone and get a new one. The concierge immediately offered to help- contacting the airport and was able to get to the correct office there that located the phone. They then helped my wife get transportation back to the airport and helped her get her phone. Helped to save the beginning of the vacation - Excellent location - great stay

The hotel has a great location right across from the very busy Shibuya Train station. 7-11 stores are located right in hotel and across the street that made it easy to use ATMs and get daily snacks. As the hotel is located south of the train station, it is a 10-15 minute walk either thru or around the station to arrive at the Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko doggy statue. From there, you can cross the street for more streets with shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had L’Occitane bath amenities and free daily water. Their room service was very efficient. The Staff was very professional and spoke English. There are several restaurants in the hotel that looked great, but we were on the go every day so did not get a chance to dine at the hotel.

I had booked what I thought was a special hotel for our last stop in Japan. The positives were that the position of the hotel was very good for exploring the area on foot and for access to the station. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the spa area was very nice. However for a five star hotel I found it to be very dated- more so than the other 5 we stayed in in Japan. I was very unimpressed with the bedroom and bathroom both of which seemed to require to be renovated. The breakfast was the most disappointing of our trip also.

1. Lobby personnel very good, friendly and always someone available 2. Lobby cafes, good service however I ordered a single shot espresso got charged Yen 1579.00 which is equivalent to approx. USD10.00. I double checked with waiter. I think I little over charged 3. Room, shower head not really adjustable, carpet not exactly brand new and cleanness. No mirror magnifier in bathroom for the ladies Newspaper at the door every morning which we appreciate Five stars hotel, we expect perfection
