There is no doubt that The Hotel Casa Fuster is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in the best hotels in the world. First the Architecture. Then the Sixth Floor. Then the Jazz Club. But most importantly the staff. Unparalleled. We had the misfortune of being robbed on the street. The staff took us to the police station. But doorman Marc went through all the trash receptacles to see if our bag was there. He made several visits to the scene of the crime to review camera footage. There is nothing like this anywhere. Not The Crillon. Not the Meurice. Not the Four Seasons. As an ex ad guy, I’ve been everywhere, but nothing compares to you.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with very kind staff! Love all of the extra details. They gave us a beautiful vase of flowers along with a bottle of wine and chocolates just for a welcome gift. The terrace bar has an amazing view of the city.

Everything was above any expectations: the wonderful location, the architectural masterpiece, the service, the pianist in the cafe, the sauna in our suite and so on ... Thousand thanks to everyone who made our stay fantastic! One tiny disappointment: one of our two balconies was covered with an enormous banner of Catalan. We especially booked this suite because we wanted to enjoy the breathtaking view from BOTH of the windows.... It would have been fair, if we had been told about the disadvantage beforehand or at least if we had received any excuses from the management. Oherwise it looked as if it was normal to leave the guests of a very expencive suit with a blind window. We felt claustrofobic and cheated.

Perfect location- you can walk anywhere! Staff extremely helpful & accommodating - we arrived on an early morning flight and were able to check in immediately. Service exceptional! Beautiful, historic building with modern amenities - Chopard toiletries. Rooftop bar - good coffee & food. Jazz club on Thursday nights- Do yourself a favour and don’t stay anywhere else!

Spent a delightful 4 days in a junior suite recently. We were originally in a nice room at the back of the hotel but on request were moved to a similarly nice room but with better views. Staff were really pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel is superbly located on the Passeig de Gracia within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants and bars. Great roof top area with brilliant views of the city, however ‘swimming pool’ is little more than a paddling pool😀. Overall a beautiful hotel with great staff.
