Quilt need to be replaced. Towels a well. Fan was stuck at high speed. Water glasses had horrible smell. Breakfast can be missed. Menu needs to be upgraded. Staff and service was good. Location is good. Cleanliness/hygiene can be improved.

I stayed here 4 nights along with others in Goa for a special birthday celebration. The setting is sublime, with gorgeous grounds and tasteful decoration. Wifi was fast and steady most of the time. Air conditioning in the guest rooms was fine, and much needed. Staff was thoughtful and accommodating. It is not a super-luxury destination, but it is full of character, and prices are appropriate to the standards. I look forward to returning.

Casa Anjuna is one of the best kept secrets of Goa and located just 400m from the bustling Anjuna beach and all the clubs and shacks, this property has the best of both worlds. The quiet and calm and the best night life just 1/2 a km away. 30 of us descended on to this boutique property for a college get-together and reserved 21 rooms out of the 24 rooms. Putting it in a nutshell, we had the whole property to us and the staff went out of their way to pull all stops. Dharmender who helped me with the booking and planning the whole destination reunion and Sameer who at the resort who took care of all the needs just made us feel like royalty. The whole staff is well groomed and sensitive to the guest needs and we witnessed it at the breakfast and the pool party they organised for us. The property itself is nestled among tall trees designed like an old heritage Goan home, where one when enters feels as part of the Goan heritage. From the 15 m pool to the lawns sweeping through the site, you feel the closest to the nature and even though it is just 400 m from the beach, the tranquility and the atmosphere inside is serene and unparalleled to most 5 star resorts. The food is nice and the staff makes it a point to cater to the needs of the guests as per their preferences. We witnessed this for the dinner we organised for 30 people and how efficiently they handled it. All in all this place is a great destination by itself and great value for money. The housekeeping could be tad better but I can't wait to try out their other properties on my next visit.

lovely hotel, beautiful pool area and gardens and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! breakfast served around the pool was a real treat, very calming & tranquil in what can be a crazy beach town!

I wanted to like this hotel so much! From the outside it is stunning, the grounds and pool are very well maintained. Unfortunately, everything else left us very disappointed. I booked 4 nights at the last minute and they charge us closed to $1800 for two rooms. Neither room was super clean or decorated nicely, it was an odd mix of old furniture. My bathroom was really quite ugly, the drain was very slow, but better than my friends room, who had rat droppings every day (they told her it was a squirrel - isn't a squirrel, a rat with better PR?!?), and she never had hot water, for 4 DAYS. In both our rooms, we had a TV cable coming out of the wall, a TV box and remote, but you guessed it, no TV. The first day we were there we decided to stay at the pool and after 7 hours went back to our rooms to find they had not been cleaned. When we asked reception, they said "oh, you need to give us your room key so we know to clean". Well, they never told us that. They also never told us the WiFi password when we checked-in, nor was it in the room, but it didn't matter it didn't work anywhere in the villa. I was working remotely and have to buy more time for eSim and tether off that. The next day we gave them our keys and when we got back, the beds had been made and the towels changed, but they didn't clean the sink or the shower, they didn't provide more toilet paper (both of us had to call for some on the third day) and they didn't replace the fresh filtered water for us to drink. On the second day when we ate breakfast near the pool, we had to look at two drunk people sleeping on the day beds from the night before. None of us that wanted to swim and lounge could use those beds as they didn't wake them up and ask them to leave and go to their rooms. On the third day we came out to the pool and only one of the three day beds had its mattress and pillows. The other two were just a wire frame and wood base. When we asked when the cushions would be returned, they said they won't as they ran out of beds and needed it for guests. Breakfast was great and fast, but if you ordered anything else (kitchen was open all day) it took between 30 min - 1 hr to receive it as it was only one cook. So, as you can see we really wanted to like it because the staff had great hearts and were nice, albeit not the most qualified, and the outside was very beautiful, but for the cost, it was definitely not worth it and I can't say I'd recommend it to others. Sorry. 😞
