Only paid 45 pounds so wasn't expecting much,great location,quick check in. Room I knew had no window and would be basic and that's what it was but fine for our requirements,only issue was someone was having a rave a few doors down,it was so loud! I was going to complain but I didn't want to get into an altercation at my age! That aside I would stay again for the price and location. Oh and don't forget your photo id for check in.

We had no issues! Was warm and clean! Location is spot on! Staff were great! It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! Will definitely book again! We even had an extra bed! We had a really quiet night but I suppose it all depends if you end up in a room next to idiots which can happen anywhere! We are lucky to have a lovely night

On entering the building, it was a wow until I got deeper! My Reception experience was difficult because I wanted him to be my friend LOL so it took some time for him to warm up to me, to which he did, i got him to smile but initially it was awful. Even at the end of all that he still did not tell me where the lift was, what was my room number and whether I can eat in the hotel, I just proceeded to the lift eventually!! Once entering my room i was pleasantly surprised, clean and all fixtures just fine! I suppose I was lucky as my room was an upgrade :@ after being in my room for 5 minutes there was a loud bang on the door, it was so loud I thought it was the police, or 5, 0, anyway i ran to the door and there was no one there! Apparently room 530 is haunted and I was a few doors away, was it paranormal lol or just some idiot pi**ing about! I had breakfast which was below average, coffee machine had big cups yet the machine only half filled them, also coffee was awful. Swimming pool facilities were all closed, don't think they have been opened for a long time! My review is not as bad as some of the ones I have read again was i lucky i did not get a stinky room? The check in staff were rude as hell, spoke to my partner like rubbish because his ID wasn’t in date. Even though it stated nowhere when booking that you even needed to show it, never mind it be in date. The room we stayed in was tiny, freezing, dirty (blood stains on the bed sheets) and smelled horrid. The only upside is the doormen/security were lovely.

We spent two nights at the place, the staff were friendly and the bouncers/security always said hello and were nice to us. The room was a decent size, comfy bets etc. however. There was a hole in our wall with some type of thing in it? Callum told me not to touch it, I did. 4/5
