While this isn’t the nicest hotel or even remotely comparable to properties on the strip, it really isn’t that bad for the price and may be a better option than a lower end motel 6 or something similar. The rooms are very outdated but serviceable if all you want to do is sleep when you are in them. Housekeeping actually provided daily service which is something that is missing at most large brands these days. The casino and food offerings are fine - just wish more were open later and the casino was a little more lively. Security is good - this is located in a VERY rough area and I never felt unsafe with plenty of security patrolling the parking lot and always checking room keys at the elevator going to the rooms. I did always see homeless people asleep at the slot machines late at night but considering the area that’s not that bad.

Room was smelly. Pillow cases had black marks on the pillowcase covers. Tub was rusted. Mirror was dirty. Lamp did not work. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. My parents were so disappointed. This place has gone downhill

I checked in today at Boulder Station, August 26, 2023, for a night of fun and entertainment with my long-time good friend. I also wanted to give the new restaurant, Game On, a try. First, when checking in, housekeeping accused me of breaking into my room because I forgot my key card. Then, he proceeds to alert his staff. I figured it was an isolated incident. Then I gave the new restaurant, Game On, a try later that day, only to be treated again; this time, they didn't believe I could do a room charge. Nearly called security. The place looks very nice, It is just a horrible place. I will not be returning and will alert everyone possible about my experience. - Alex

Remote location, but just a 20 - minute, $2 RTC bus ride from the Fremont Street Experience downtown. Very nice hotel with really good restaurants (We especially enjoyed the Wooden Spoon -- good food, good service, and the price is right! ). Casino is large; plenty of machines and table games with knowledgeable and pleasant dealers. One (BIG) problem if you enjoy sports betting: They no longer have betting sheets with odds, props, info, etc. I guess that's why everybody has to have their cell phone handy; you're expected to know what you want to wager before you get there. We can probably assume that AI has taken over the other Station casino sportsbooks as well. Brave New World, hey?

I had a very humiliating experience at the Boulder Station Casino on 08 August 2023. I have been a patron there for many years taking advantage of their restaurants and movie theater. I live a short distance to the facility at a mobile home park. I have a severe disability from a head and neck trauma and surgery due to a workplace injury, and cannot drive due to doctors orders. I had been stopped by their security staff several times because they stated that they have a homeless problem and intercept all walk-in customers to check ID. I have been to the facility many times without an ID check. The last encounter with facility security did not result in an ID check or call-in to the main office as happen on August 8th. They made me feel like a criminal and that I was not welcomed there. Do they not like homeless people or disabled people. I do not appreciate being singled out as either. When I asked the security guard whether they thought that I was a homeless person. There was no response. So, if I was a homeless person with a 100 dollar on me, am I not welcomed. Or, if I was a disabled person, am I not welcomed there because I did drive there with a car? The management of Boulder Station Casino were made aware of the situation and were not the slightest apologetic. I guess I do not fit into their customer profile. I feel that their practices are discriminatory to homeless people and the disabled. Why would I want to patronize a business that lack empathy and emotional intelligence. Would you patronize a place like this…….
