Absolutely unsafe, a firetrap on attic of a residential building, 4th floor. No smoke detectors, no fire alarm, no escape route apart from the central staircase. Cheap and unfriendly with video observation by an unknown.

Not receiving a hello or welcome at arrival made us clear that this was not the hotel we wished for during our holiday. The room was very small and under the roof, what caused us to bump our heads to it several times. When we asked to check for the heating, after 2 cold days, we were told that everything should by ‘fine’ and no complaints were ever made about this. Cover and pillows weren’t sufficient for warmth and the matras very hard. The staff started cleaning other rooms next to ours, calling on the phone loudly at 8.30 h in the morning, started preparing ‘breakfast’ before 7, making lots of noise. You can hear next door guests calling and even just talking in the rooms next to yours. The breakfast was a joke, with only cheap basics, and no adjustments to allergies (according to Mohammed, you have to notice this beforehand, but even then after 2 days nothing happens) Bathroom is shared with the entire guest house, and not user friendly. The ‘ botanic views’ are only some trees you see when leaning out the window in maybe 2 rooms. Breakfast is at a rather small communal table, which is very COVID unfriendly. Very disappointed.

Logement très propre et bien situé. Arrivée flexible vu que la prise de clé est autonome. Petit déjeuner intéressant pour le prix. Personnel très réactif, nous avions eu un problème de clé et une personne est venue nous aider en moins de 15min pendant la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix

plutôt déçu de notre séjour à l’hôtel. hôtel qui s’apparente plutôt à un grand appartement avec plusieurs chambres. ces dernières ne sont pas du tout insonorisés on entend tout (ronflement coup de téléphone discussions…) le lit est sous les combles donc attendez vous à vous cognez de nombreuses fois ! de plus le petit déjeuné est décevant.. pas de pain ni croissanterie. rien n’est maison. point positif quand même pour la propreté et la localisation. l’hôtel se trouve en plein cœur de la ville et c’est très appréciable ! les dames du petit déjeuner sont agréables également

La habitación era bonita y la cama confortable, el inconveniente que tuvimos, es que nos pareció fatal que ninguno de los cuatro dias de estancia nos cambiaran las toallas y no nos hicieran la cama. Además que al no haber recepcion en sí, alguna de las noches hubo ruido a deshoras sin poder mediar control.
