Outstanding service! Cute room, great location. Definitely looked after us well when visiting Rome. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Cute room with everything you need. Very clean, cleaned daily.

The best thing about this 3-star superior room rental is definitely its super central location, between Barberini and Spagna metro stations, and this allows to visit most attractions on foot. It's an apartment on the first floor of an old building, converted into 3 rooms (see floor plan attached). Very thick glass to the windows makes good soundproofing. Our room "Fiumi" was comfortable with a good size bathroom. There was also a kitchenette which we didn't use. The receptionist was very kind and gave us good advice. Breakfast is at a coffee shop downstairs and includes coffee and pastry. Communication prior to my stay was great. I also reported a couple of issues after my stay and they seemed to appreciate my feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Excellent location, 10 minutes to the heart of Rome and 5 minutes to the train station. It is on the first floor. The room was very clean and bathroom was good size. The room was exactly as seen in the pictures.

First tube booking rooms rather than a hotel. These were brilliant if you were self catering. They were spacious and clean and well equipped. The host was welcoming and I would go again but perhaps I would pay the extra for a hotel and receptionist 24 hrs but having stayed here I would stay here again

We spend two nights at BDB luxury Rooms ! Room was ok ,nice and clean! We didn't find easy"as there is no any indication apart name on the door bell ! Any way , was chip €140.00 And was ok ! Biggest problem , was no hot water at all! So We need to take a shower with cold water:) Thank you !
