We stayed for 6 nights. We arrived in the evening (and informed them), but had to wait for a bit to them to open the door (15 minutes). Hard to find the location, only tiny sign on door. Room was clean and very old fashioned. Uncomfortable pillows but good beds. Bathroom was small, complimentary shower gel. Air conditioned. Toilet is super noisy so everyone will wake up in our room if you need to use the toilet in the night. The room was otherwise quiet, I think all rooms face the courtyard which had no place to sit but was beautiful to look at when we came and went about. Really difficult keys, sometimes there was a queue of guests trying to open the gate! No breakfast in this b&b anymore! Central location but a bit restless. Cheap cafes nearby. Friendly staff. Would give 2 stars but for the cheap price it gets the 3rd.

I was here for one night to catch an early-morning train. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will stay here again. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants and the train station and metro station are two streets away -- a five minute stroll.

Its a BnB and not a hotel. The place is very close to Termini station. They have basically taken on rent a few rooms in an apartment complex. The room was very small and bathroom even smaller. Breakfast was decent although there were not many options. Staff were really helpful.

The B&B is a good value, and the location is super. Our cab driver had trouble finding it, and nobody answered when we rang the bell. Luckily a friendly neighbor called the innkeeper (the # was on their plaque, but we did not have our phones set to use). Farouk was amazing, helpful, insightful and cheery. The room was fine, a bathroom is very small, but everything worked. The breakfast was good, and having Farouk there to chat with made it even better. The neighborhood was great, and we could walk to Termini with our luggage to catch our train to Naples.

Location wise is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Termini Train Station. Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff and good pricing too. The rooms may be old but it is absolutely clean. It is so convenient as you can virtually walk to most of the attractions around Rome. Free wifi and a special mention to Mr. Faruk who has been a great help to us during our brief 3 nights stay in Rome.
