Baiyoke excels on its hotel services. This little hotel gem is greatly convenient. Centrally located for business meetings, shopping, hospitals and quick links to riversides, China Town and Indian Quarters and two Bangkok airports. Hotel is decorated in while minimal but gives a completeness feeling. No fuzzy decor items. Facilities functional well. Staff super attentive and professional. Food is 5 stars in authenticity, flavors and presentations. Highly recommended for convention meetings as well as stay for pleasure and tourism. Couples. Families. Solo. Business travellers. Small down points. Hotel in next to busy intersections so you hear street noises in your rooms minimally. Windows in my room 233 are half tinted to block less pretty views of shophouse buildings very nearby. Not to the point of making you feel claustrophobic but could make you a bit uncomfortable. I am ok with it considering the tight space where the hotel is. (Land is gold!!!!)

I only have one "complaint" - I wish our stay was longer ☹️ We came back after 5 years for my honeymoon but everything still perfect. We stayed 3days in room 503. This hotel is excellent: great pool, great location (ten minutes to BTS by walk). Special thanks to the helpful and friendly bellman (sorry for not remembering names). If you're planning a trip to BangKok, look no further and book your stay here! 😊

We stayed with one other couple in March. The staff were extremely helpful on our arrival with bags etc. Early check in was not made available and was an additional supplement at approximately 1000 baht per room, considering we only paid 1500baht per night, seemed excessive. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Room service was also very good, prompt and well priced. Massage services offered in the hotel were very good and priced at approximately 300-400 baht. Pool area was relatively small but good for a cool down. Breakfast was good, wide variety of both Thai and Western options. Only downside to the hotel was that local taxi drivers did not seem to know it well. We found it best if you show them the exact location rather than naming the hotel. Centrally located and taxi cost was approximately 100- 200 baht to most locations. Airport taxi was around 500 baht direct to the hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I arrived and the room was dirty. I let the reception know and they looked annoyed and offered no apologies. They got the room cleaned up a bit. Next day the room was not clean. Debris (not mine) were left on the sink. Towels not changed. Incredible amount of dust that had my eyes swollen every morning. The Staff could not care less. Not helpful at all and never heard back from the Manager. Breakfast food was not fresh. Staff are all on their phones and do not pay attention to guests or to who comes in the hotel. I travel all the time and I am usually very pleased with hotels but this was just not acceptable, from the cleanliness to the attitude of the Staff.

My conference organizer booked this hotel which is very close to the Mahidol University Hospital. Very convenient. Walkable. However, it locates a bit off from major tourist attractions and nice restaurants. The hotel looks fresh and the rooms are basic as well as breakfast. All of them are very appropriate for my trip. For leisure travellers, these good points may turn to the opposite. The swimming pool was clean and I enjoyed the swimming.
