I am divided on my opinion for this accommodation because after two days the situation has become tense.. Good points: - superb location, - responsiveness of hosts, - quality of the bedding, - cleanliness of the place, Negative points: - aging housing compared to the photos & multiple paint touch-ups - degradation of the shower tray and i will not talk about mold, - wobbly toilet and defective flush, - broken sink, - ambient humidity in the flat, - fridge that does not fit in its space, Finally concerning the experience: The headboard is dangerous, in the middle of a nap I received a piece of wood (10X10 cm) on my face, I have to admit that there is more pleasant as a wake-up call ... I have immediately made a complaint to Airbnb and to the host. I sent photos and videos to the host, who offered to bring in a member of his team to resolve the problem was of course really fear but in response to a video where I was showing the concern for wood on the wall, I was insulte by: « 100€ refund because something fell ? » « you will take financial advantage of the problem » « you are forcing and damaging it with your hand! » « That the financial compensation that I asked for was not going to make the headboard less dangerous » They are literally kidding me!!! Indeed, I asked for financial compensation on my reservation, because I didn't have to waste 3 hours of time in discussions, having to place the bed 1m from the headboard. But what is this bad joke? I am a customer, I do not accept that I am treated like this with an incredible number of exclamation points in the exchanges, no understanding of the host, rude and a dismissive attitude which is unfortunate! Other reviews mention lesser quality of the equipment, but apparently the host prefers to operate as a "cash machine" rather than secure the premises for hire. So definitely I will not recommend this accommodation and this only because the customer / seller relationship has been so disastrous. This is not a customer service I am deeply sorry. I myself am a host in Bordeaux, I will never allow myself such behavior with my travelers.

My wife and I planned a 28 day 5 country European vacation beginning with our flight on May 1st from US to Gatwick. We planned on 6 days in Lisbon beginning on the 22 of May. When our flights were cancelled by Norwegian Air in late March, due to the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, we immediately begin the arduous task of cancelling all of the 11 different accommodations that we had made for our vacation Every single hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, etc except LU HOLIDAYS accommodated us and either gave us a full refund or a credit towards a stay within a year except We plan to take this trip when things quiet down with the pandemic LU HOLIDAYS was rude, condescending and inflexible when we asked to cancel the reservation because we had no way of getting to Europe. They didn’t care That they were taking our full prepaid moneys close to $800 and giving us nothing. Be careful folks, this husband and wife team could care less about a world wide pandemic and will treat you like crap as they take your money

I had a great time in Lisbon and this studio apartment was ideal. Centrally locates, terrific amenities and well organized managers. Not ideal if you’re an early sleeper, but amazing party vibe. Washing facilities in apartment, filter coffee machine and wine on arrival. Restaurants in the street below and places where you can buy groceries, alcohol and souvenirs.

Je mets 1 car la note zéro n'existe pas. LU HOLIDAYS : un couple de personnes malhonnêtes , qui s'étaient engagé à reporter notre réservation: ont encaissé l'argent.puis zéro réponse , ils raccrochent au téléphone .à fuir donc.pas corrects. Attention , ils ont d'autres appartements "lu holidays " à Lisbonne.

L'appartamento è in un ottima posizione in pieno centro al Bairro e vicinissimo alla metro. Pulizia perfetta e appartamento dotato di tutti i confort nel caso si volesse mangiare in casa, ed anche fare il bucato è provvisto di una lavatrice con tutti i detersivi messi a disposizione dal proprietario. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo fin dall'inizio contattandoci via wazup e fornendoci tutte le indicazioni di come arrivare all'appartamento. Anche il chech-in è stato perfetto, ci aspettava una ragazza italiana gentilissima che ci ha spiegato tutto. Ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino, che nemmeno negli alberghi 4 stelle la offrono. Grazie di tutto Goncalo !Consigliatissimo!
