UNACCEPTABLE PROFITEERING

I'd originally booked a room on 22 May, and had to change it to 21 May. went down personally to make the change and was advised that i can only change it once for free. so i went ahead with the change. today, had gone down again to try and change the date to 20 May and was told that I am not able to change it. after confirming that there were rooms available on 20 May as well as 21 May, I wanted to know how much i would be charged to have the booking changed, only to be told that I cannot change it anymore and had to forfeit the entire booking. my question is (1) if they have rooms available on both dates and I'm not inconveniencing anybody, and was willing to pay a change fee, why couldn't my reservation be changed? (2) the only alternative given was that I had to keep my booking on 21 May even though I cant use it, and do a new booking for 20 May. This is not the first time I'd stayed at the hotel & I will not ever be staying there again. I went down to the road to The HUB and was able to secure a room for 20 May for slightly less than half the price. this policy is completely unacceptable and is only there because the hotel is taking advantage of travellers, who are faced with inevitable changes now and then.

This was terrible experience. Rooms are so noisy I couldn't sleep there. Windows and walls are so bad quality, all noises comes from the very noisy street straight to the hotel room. I tried to sleep with earplugs but it was still too noisy. Reception charged us twice and they didn't want to call taxi for us. Reception doesn't understand english almost at all, so its going to be difficult for anyone to talk with them if you cant speak thai language. Hotel reception will ask for 1000B for deposit. Believe me, you don't want to pay this much for this place. You can find better places and pay less than this.

Noppadol’s staff so nice. They are kindness and pay attention to take care us. We love design of hotel, it look nature and make me feel relax. We came here 2 nights and house keeping make up my room and change new towel. We can search internet quickly via wifi of here. It’s low signal of phone so you have to request for wifi.

The room is very clean and beautyfull decotated. The staff at the reception are very friendly. Also the location is near to the airport and the market. I will definetly come back again. Plus there‘s a big shopping mall (Mega Bangna) where you can go shopping and having your meal there. It‘s a great place.

The owner and staffs were all very helpful and hands on! I’m impressed with their level of service. Only drawback is the location, the old tight alley filled with constant boisterous motorbikes zipping through the entire day and night. No parking space and people clamouring around. The fact that this Hotel is so well renovated and refurbished that it sticks out like a sore thumb amidst all the entire rows of old and tired looking shop houses!!! For the going rate per night is just too exorbitant! I would have gotten another much bigger & more functional one bedroom apartment in the same vicinity for the same rate.
