Everything was perfect. The room clean and big enough . The staffs were kind and helpful. Also it is so close to the train station.

A large room, clean and bright. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good selection. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The shower door in our room didn’t close properly and so the shower leaked.

The hotel and bedroom was clean. The staff were friendly. The metron station is close by. The Doumo is about 4 stops away. I always use Hotel B&B when staying in Italy but it was my 1st time at this one in Central Station.

Average nice hotel as normally B&B are. Nice friendly staff. Locker for baggage is free. Noisy street and ultra-thin walls, we could hear the rooms all around, so if you are light sleep bring earplugs. The only really bad thing regarding the facilities is the shower cabin which is very very small, around 60x60cm, can hardly move, and needs a deep clean or restoration.

Our refrigerator (refrigerator) was not working, although we told it many times, our problem was not solved. We asked them to change rooms. They did not accept this either. They said there were no rooms available, but there were rooms available on the website. the bathroom was very dirty. There was a lot of dust in the refrigerator. very poor cleaning and unhelpful reception. I do not recommend.
