Hotel is good, best location, very closed to many restaurants and shopping mall. We try a lot of local food on the street. Bed is perfect, sleep well everyday. The clean and spacious room. Buffet is nice, we like the view a lot from the balcony table. Sandy is so so good. She greets us everyday and takes care everybody. Good choice

Overall a very fantastic experience. Stayed for a business trip so location was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast has a good selection. A convenient place to stay in the old quarter with a good price and nice staff.

Excellent hotel, excellent serrvice, good hospitality and friendly staff. Clean room and spacious, very comfortable bed. Many choices for buffet breakfast and great view from top floor. Sandy is very kind and attentive. Location is great, just walking to old city easily. Highly recommend

The moment we arrived Bight had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to speak to. He was always there to help when we needed it . We get to our room that had two beds pushed together, which left a wall lamp in the centre of our bed . Lucky there was issues and we had to change rooms . Apparently the upgrade staff offered us was initially stopped by manager. The room was large but that’s the only good thing . Air con didn’t work, it was always hot. Upon asking staff at front desk , told they have control of whole hotel . Location of hotel great to walk to markets, unfortunately that is probably the best part of this stay . Definitely not the high standard that I would have expected from a hotel with so many great reviews. But that all makes sense now Ms Sandy made my wife write a review that was totally untrue of what we think of hotel , and the way Ms Sandy pressured was totally unacceptable. All of this has left a bad feeling and I will not ever come back to your hotel . Very Disappointed.

Great stay very nice room and comfortable bed, buffet breakfast is very delicious. I like the view of restaurant on the top floor, with panoramic view and terrace. Excellent location, central on the city that you could see the shopping areas and sight seeing. Ms Sandy is very nice and helpful
