Convenient location, delicious breakfast, nice helpfull staff. Interesting decoration of the room we stayed in and the dining room particulary.

Beautiful auberge but car was stolen - lacks guest support

The room was beautiful, which is why I booked here. The auberge is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was welcoming and friendly especially the breakfast staff. However, my car was stolen from their paid rear parking lot the first night of my stay along with some personal items in it. When I called the auberge's emergency contact number that they gave me, no one answered. It was the breakfast staff (not her job to deal with this problem) that told me to call the police. I did, they came and I was told my car would not be able to be recovered. The police found broken glass where my car had been. No one from the auberge management was even there to witness any of this. I understand that criminals stole my car, but the auberge management or ownership could have been more available. They could have sent someone to help me with the police. They could have tried to do things to assist and reassure me of my safety, being not from Canada and now carless and feeling afraid. Instead, they kept deflecting. I was told they aren't able to put cameras in the parking lot. I was told after I returned later in the day that they got busy and forgot to discuss my situation. I was told the owner would call me twice but he never did. I was told I would get a discount or refund but I was given nothing but excuses for how "busy" the owner was. I was also that nothing could be done about any of my safety concerns. I was afraid because my stolen car had my room number on the placard they had me put on the dashboard. I ended up not staying a second night out of concern for my safety and their lack of safety procedures and management's non-existent guest relations. After googling for reviews I now notice that this has happened twice before within the last year though they denied it. They should have a guest first policy if they want to have people come stay and think about how to make guests feel safe, get assistance if they have a problem and locate alternative parking suggestions if guests don't feel comfortable. It's unfortunate because as soon as I arrived and saw the place I told two other couples to book there and they did. However, after this they both cancelled their stay. Now I have a bill for two nights and parking to pay for despite all of this and despite leaving after one night because I felt unsafe.

My wife and I stayed here as it was an easy walk to the Bell Centre and a great price. Easy check-in and the parking was right behind the B&B. We didn’t have the breakfast but it did look good. The subway station is right across the street. The room was big enough and very well done. The only complaint was that we were in the basement and it was very noisy in our room when breakfast had started. We would stay here again but not in the basement.

We were very happy with our stay at Auberge Les Bons Matins. The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful and well appointed. When we first arrived I wasn't completely sure that we were in the right place because the sign on the door was very small. So glad we found it, I would love to go back.

Our rooms were beautiful decorated and well appointed. There was a simple cooking area and a fridge. The beds were super comfortable. The B&B was right across the street from the metro making getting around easy. There were also good food options within close walking distance as well as a grocery store. I would love to go back.
