Fantastic team this hotel having, from reception to breakfast team up to the cleaners. Not forgotten Elsa the bar made at roof top very kind and helpful. A very well located hotel in the center of Athens. With bus tourists stop 5 minutes away from Hotel , Plaka and monastiraki squares 10 minutes walking from hotel . And I can’t forget the receptionist named Angela that always give an extra mile to help in anything we are looking for. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Athens. Elio

If I could give a zero I would have. I’ve nothing positive to say about this ‘hotel’, I travel a lot and this is thee worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Zero charisma, underwhelming check-in lobby, the decoration is putrid, the whole hotel is dated and past it’s ’sell by date’. Everything is cheap, budget. No refreshments, tea, coffee provided in the room, very sparse and unwelcoming. The internet is nonexistent, the tv didn’t work and tbt walls so thin you could hear the people in the best room! I can’t believe I paid to stay there. They should be done for false advertisement as it’s nothing like the images they have on their site and other third parties booking agents. I checked in and was initially given floor 8 which is thee most putrid yellow, it’s literally made me want to vomit so I changed to the ‘subtle’ purple floor, still shocking but not as nauseous. The receptionist proudly said ‘the colour of the hotel is its concept’, I’d guess there was a sale on these ghastly colours choosen to keep the budget down because there’s no way any interior designer would go for this ‘concept’. No really, I do not have one good thing to say about this hotel, not even the views of the Acropolis could save this hotel. And don’t even get me started on the area. I’m a seasoned, street smart traveller and even I felt uneasy in the area, full of homeless, drug taking, aggressive street drinkers, I was followed by a failed pick-pocket but he moved away as I edged over to a restaurant for safety. There’s no great shops, restaurants or cafes in the area, it’s very run down and has a very uneasy vibe, not what you want when you’re away on holidays. Good basic hotel located in the heart of Athens so amenities, shops, trains stations, restaurants ect were nearby. The staff (Tonia and the girls on reception) were so welcoming and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious, bed was nice and bouncy, I was only there for 4 days so I wasn't complaining. And the rooftop within the hotel was exceptional, took my breath away. Only downside was the noise from the streets and the small elevators but overall a very pleasant stay at a very good hotel.

We visited in March, bearable heat and cooler nights. The hotel is well presented and the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was a buffet one with a mixture of cold and hot items, including 6 different breads, jams, yoghurts, honey. Other items wer available and eat as much as you need to start the day, trust me its really nice. The hotel whilst basic facilities is very clean and well kept, in fact the cleanest I have stayed in. The staff as I said are so helpful with everything from directions to advice, unsure? Just ask. Walk in shower with twin beds in our room and a tv. Ask for an acropolis view and it will be a better view from your room. Downsides are nothing to do with the hotel, the street outside is ok but be careful at night if unsure of the area as there is a bad area just after the market to the left when leaving the hotel, right is the better exit path but like I said not the fault of the hotel as this place is lovely

Clean, functional no frills hotel, with very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Basic furnished room and small shower room/toilet but with a great view of the Acropolis. Basic hot English style breakfast items, but extensive continental style breakfast items. Early continental breakfast available if arranged the night before at the front desk for those departing early.
