Juana Nolasco 5/5 First I want to clarify that I am writing this review of my own decision and I have not been suggested by anyone. I stayed in this beautiful hotel for two weeks, where I felt an atmosphere of peace and tranquility that I was looking for. 1. Manager: Muhammad Naseer, welcomes you with respectful cordiality and is attentive to everything the client may need and make their stay as pleasant as possible. 2. Front desk: Ibrahim. Ali, Adel, Nevera from Sudan, there is other I don't remember his name working in the night and Thiree (amazing). They explain everything to you with patience and in a way that you understand it perfectly 2. Bell boy. Edward and Elbeck very respectful and careful with suitcase. 3. Restaurant: Very very clean. A pleasant atmosphere with soft music makes you feel like you are in a very expensive restaurant and in reality the price is super affordable for the quality of food served Chef Aneesh (An extraordinary meal with an exquisite flavor and coordinates the perfect menu for any type of guest.) Restaurant Manager: Karim, he pay attention to every detail and ensure that the guest has good service. Waiters: Wesam (I thought he was a manager because of the way he cares about the guests, not only with me but with others, attentive to each of their needs. He is multifaceted because he also works in the Pub as a bartender or as a waiter and even as a cleaner). Waiters: anushi, nelson, samjhana, Ujitha and U Shereya(who working too in the Coffee shop-deli and she is very helpful and attentive) Housekeeping: Rakesh, Tabreez, Bilal (My room was clean all the time, with everything I needed, such as coffee, towels, paper, etc., they never touched any of my personal belongings, I didn't even have to use the safe. Laundry: Shajani (hard working) Life guards: sorry I don't have tha their name but They were very attentive and helpful. In conclusion. This is my first visit and now I see that I am going to celebrate my anniversaries again. Thanks for the good service. I wish you success!!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was great. Specifically two great workers Richard and Tripti. They were amazing and helped us a lot. The pool was nice and warm, and the food at the pool was fit for my wife (she's pregnant)

I loved visiting this hotel! I loved the king size room with a view, super big! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was incredible! Also highly recommended for the attention of all the staff and especially the receptionists. The hotel is very new, so everything is highly recommended. The area is very safe to walk alone. Dubai it is! I will be back! From Argentina
