This is an excellent hotel of the highest standards offering top class facilities.All the staff were unwaveringly helpful and cheerful as well as working so hard.Start with welcome is warm and genuine, we would like to give a special mention to Srikumar who gave us great advice and assistance and helped welcome us on arrival.He is so polite and every day morning greet with smile.On arrival to till we are leaving the hotel he make sure everything perffect.front desk very friendly and skilled staff.Excellent team in the restuarant, professional staff and service .rooms are spacious spotlessly clean which had a gorgeous view. very high standard with beautiful decor and the Gym, pool area. I'm from Chennai Tamilnadu.I had stayed in Hotel DIMORA TRIVANDRUM during the month of MAY2024 for which my views I'm expressing.LOCATION 5 minutes walk from Railway station.Just opposite to Railway station.For travel by flight it is 20 minutes from airport.RECEPTION The moment we entered we had a hearty welcome and our room keys were handover without any delay and WITH NICE WELCOME DRINK.FOOD Delicious Vegetarian food All indian and International dishes are available and VERY TASTY AND Delicious.I would like to specifically mention fews personalities in FOOD Section for their great hospitality they gave to us they are Abishek Revathy Nithin and Food section manager Silverster who took care on ALL Days.HOUSEKEEPING EXCELLENT the rooms were CLEANED DAILY WITHOUT ANY REMINDER that's a GREAT aspect inwish to specify.ROOM SERVICE EXCELLENCE IN Room service also everything was serves WITHOUT Much delay.OVERALL DEFINITELY OUR FAMILY STAY during this FIRST WEEK OF MAY2024 IS REMARKABLE REMEMBERABLE.Best Regards for THE WHOLE TEAM.

We had dinner buffet on May 13th 2024 as it was our 30 th Anniversary. It was a very nice experience nice ambience and the service was excellent. The staff were ready to help us always. Alfiya priya blesson attended us very well. Vignesh the restaurant manager was specially taking care of us.There was a surprise. They brought a beautiful cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. On the whole they made our day. Such a wonderful experience it was.

The hotel was super . The ambiance and everything was super amazing. The staff here especially Pooja Farah, vignesh, Pooja biji, aashi,ruksana,avani, vipin they really helped us a lot. The housekeeping department also really good . We will definitely come back here next time.
