This was my last night in Vienna. I stayed only one night in this hostel and my bed had bed bugs, so I couldn´t hardly sleep. There is a lot of noise at the entrance, people having an argument and shouting really loud. Therefore I don´ ´t recommend this place.

Good hostel near railway station. You dąb keave your luggage before check-in and after checkout for free. Place for small kids near reception. Spacious room,. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good quality for normal price.

We booked this via a coupon site, but did not worth it and we left one day earlier.

Upon arrival, we found our room was uncleaned after the previous guests. Although the staff resolved the issue quickly, the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep due to the loudness of other guests. At some point we entered our room and there was a new cupboard in it which was also strange. This place is a student hostel, but based on the price we did expect a bit more than that.

They allow hoards of screaming kids in hallways in the night. Security did nothing to get them out of the hallways. Generally they did not care. Would recommend staying somewhere else that has quiet/noise rules.

There must be a mistake. The refund should be around 72 Euros. Because I paid around 46 Euros for two beds in a room for 6 people. Then I paid around 72 Euros for a double room. Finally, I stayed in a room for 6 people for which I paid 46 Euros. So the refund should be as much as the invoice I gave in cash. And I had previously sent both the card number and IBAN number. thanks.
