Me and my wife visited for some quick snacks and drinks and for using the spa in this property in May this year.This is a newly opened property by Hyatt group and we have heard a lot about this property as a lot of money was spent on its marketing and pr so we wanted to check it out as the hype it created,the reality was the same or not.We arrived in the evening,upon entering the lobby area all we saw was a dirty and messy lobby,guests shouting for their check in who were being stranded for a long time as I heard,employees running here and there cluelessly(instead of handling guests),some of them standing near the main entrance and dressed like bouncers.There was no sign of customer service or luxury ambience anywhere visible near the vicinity of the property.We were shocked as we honestly didn't expect this much downfall in service and hospitality especially from a property who spent so much cash in HEAVY MARKETING.I asked one of the employees where the restaurant was and he guided me to a wrong direction.I asked another employee,he told me to ask in reception.Finally when we reached the restaurant,their all day dining,we were stunned.Terrible bad smell and odour was coming from the restaurant seating area,similar to one found in low cost dhabas,the difference was they are charging 5 star charges.The tables were also not made properly with covers lying here and there.The servers were busy in their phones and no one even asked us to get seated.ALSO WE SAW TRASHES AND GARBAGE lying inside their live kitchen.CAN YOU FATHOM?IT WAS THEIR LIVE KITCHEN.Seeing this we immediately dropped the idea to eat there and went out.It was the worst looking 5 star hotel restaurant I saw in a long time.We then went to their pool area.The pool is very very small,when compared to swimming pools of other 5 star hotels.And the pool area was also very dirty.Its apparent,the housekeeping team does a terrible job of cleaning the property.We explored other areas of the hotel as well,from the gym,lobby and other public areas,banquets etc and everywhere we went,the lack of cleanliness and hygiene was evident and it didn't feel like we were inside a relevant 5 star hotel.Lastly we went to check on the spa,which was not available that time they said.I needed to do shave so I asked them is their a salon inside?They said yes but also said it is third party.But they personally committed there will be good service as it's a reputed salon and is associated with the hotel.We went there to have my shaving done.There was a fine gentleman sitting in the salon who was smiling and welcomed us.He first tried to persuade me into taking hair cut and other salon services with shave.Not say persuade,but tried to force me.They were pretty expensive,ie 1400 plus 18% tax for a shave.Taj charges 700 for a shave,and this salon,despite being a 3rd party charges this much was unjustified and I was doubtful of the service delivery so I rejected other services.Upon doing so,the behaviour of the salon staff changed completely.They stopped speaking to me property,even ignored some of my other questions and behaved very rude to us.I was guided inside the salon chamber for shave while my wife sat on the reception to wait for me.When my shaving was done,and we came out after paying the bill,my wife said the salon staffs tried to persuade her to take a pedicure and some hair spa.She had already done hair spa yesterday and so she had refused.When she did,they started making faces to her and started ignoring her.Is this how a SO CALLED REPUTED 5 star treat their guests???? To sum it up,for futures traveller's,do not even think of coming here even for food or spa,let alone for stay(which would be a horrendous experience and a sheer waste of money no doubt,we are glad we were not stupid enough to stay here,but hated every moment we spent).They are charging 12000 plus for a room and for that price or lower,you will get good quality 5 stars in Delhi like taj palace,leela ambience and many more which are more value for money and atleast a decent 5 star.THIS IS JUST TRASH WHICH IS TRYING TO BE IN BUSINESS BY SPENDING MONEY IN MARKETING INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND OFFERING FREE STAYS TO INFLUENCERS TO LET THEM LURE INNOCENT GUESTS INTO IT AND DEPRIVE THEM OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.BOOK AN OYO INSTEAD OF COMING HERE.

Taking my son for swiming here. Excellent experience . Clean pool … clean change area … courteous staff… Mr Jitender is fabulous as swiming coach by in their spa. He makes the kids so comfortable that they enjoy their time to the max. Continue to take kid for swiming there.

We were visiting with family for a stay over the weekend and we had a wonderful time being in the hotel. Aerocity is so complete with everything that we didnot need to even take out our car out of the parking. Definitely looking forward to coming back to the property.

My brother and I took our mother to Andaz to celebrate Mother’s Day . They had a special Mother’s Day brunch. The buffet spread was probably the biggest I’ve even seen. They had food from practically every corner of the world. I got my sushi 🍣 My brother got his bhatooras and my mum got her pastas . The live chat stall however was one happy experience for us as it made us relive our childhood for every bite reminded us of stories. Though our tummy’s were exploding but then we had to have that pistachio & butter cream layered cake. It melted in our mouths. Now these are calories we didn’t mind at all 😁 We went out by the water falls and pool to take a walk in the gardens when i realised I had misplaced my phone somewhere. I asked the pool staff for some help and he immediately got me the security manager. That young & handsome chap was so quick to think on his feet and came back within 10 mins with my phone and I was relieved 😌 If you are in Aerocity- Do stop by at Andaz and I promise you, you won’t be able to go anywhere else.
