This hotel is located in an excellent neighborhood. It has the character of Lutyen's New Delhi and has preserved it. From the time we arrived at the reception to the time we checked out the hospitality was great and we had got a complimentary room upgrade upon arriva. Mr. Roshan and Mr. Gulzar from the hotel made our stay comfortable, ensuring a very high standard of housekeeping. however, the restaurant choice was extremely limited and below par. We tried dinner at the Yellow Brock Road, the service was slow, the food insipid and the price very high.

Had the most relaxing stay for 2 nights. The hotel staff were amazing, attentive and went above and beyond. We met the lovely Meghna Mahesh, Chef Dev, Prakash Bhagwal, Ankit Shama and Khushi for breakfast. Security Pooja was excellent and diligent in organising any taxis we needed. And the lovely Bhupa Singh was always there for any assistance we needed for our room and made a lovely flower and leaf arrangement on our bed, it was such a lovely touch! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough

A perfect stay in Delhi! From the second I arrived with my friend we were so well looked after. Greeted with a smile always by all staff who were constantly ensuring our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, with a huge bed and plenty of amenities. Beautiful shower. The pool was under construction for our stay but we were able to avail of the facilities in the 5 star Taj Mahal Hotel, just a 3 minute drive away. Staff provided a complimentary taxi to and from the Taj daily with no fuss. Pooja on security was so helpful everyday. Welcoming us and greeting us each morning with lovely conversation and ensuring taxis were prompt. She even gave us her phone number to call if we needed assistance with anything. Such personable service. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning in the Yellow Brick Road Cafe. The entire breakfast team were exceptional. Mahesh, Khushi, Meghna, Chef Dev, Prakash Bhagwal and Ankit Shamna prepared delicious food and looked after us attentively. No request was an inconvenience and they were always happy to help with a pleasant demeanour. I found Mahesh and Khushi particularly attentive to me. Special mention to Bhup Singh who made up our room each morning. We returned from breakfast to find the room made up, with a special message on our bed 'happy stay' made up with flowers and plants - what attention to detail and a lovely touch. He then called to our room to make sure he provided anything else we required. We asked for a bottle of water and he brought multiple! His friendly attitude and care provided a lovely start to each morning. I don't have enough good words to say about our stay. The care and attention to detail, but most of all the positivity and kindness shown by all staff members made our stay absolutely exceptional. Thank you to everyone at the Ambassador! 😊
