Good meals ,Good environment friendly staff ,Good view . They have various food srilankan to western restaurant guys hard work to deliver on time Good foods ,Dinner & Breakfast high variation. Friendly staff ,My child also enjoyed the pool .

After 4 hours in a taxi and expecting to be on a stunning mountain top hotel sadly not to be. A frosty welcome to the hotel and told sit down whilst they sort out things. We were shown to our room and it was dark and dingy , musty and generally not a good advert for the hotel. We discussed this with the management and explained the web site photos and what we actually had . Initially we were asked if we had tuned the lights on !!. After many conversations and searching other hotels in Kandy we were offered a different room ( a suite ) - this is exactly the same but with a large bay window and seating area which made it brighter. The website offers , gowns , slippers , toiletries but none to be seen in the first room. The second room did have ( albeit the web price that afternoon was the same as the price we paid for a lesser room.) All in all please give customers what they pay for and do t make them feel embarrassed for asking for it. Meals were fine and the takeaway breakfast for our early start was acceptable. Not the best hotel in kandy for sure but the website pictures do make it look so

Good property with great view. Service and hospitality is superb. Shaminda from hospitality team was very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Washrooms are a bit small that’s the only drawback apart from that everything is superb. View is 5 ⭐️

After driving up and up the astounding Amaya hills appeared The setting is breathtaking especially for someone from a dry and flat part of the world. The staff are amazing reception was so well run and then the attention I was getting was second to none. Dinner was glorious the buffet extensive Breakfast was great a huge range again and the service especially by Dinusha who was so helpful making certain that everything was perfect. I am sad to leave. Would I come back definitely Would I tell people to come here I would say you would be missing something amazing if you didn't Rating 10 out of 10
