Bad hospitality from staff check in , do the manager never ask the staff for smile .? Not worth the price , i checked in today 22 april and ask connecting room hospitality very bad

Very clean and safe hotel in a prime location close to major shopping destinations. Staff were extremely professional and hospitable especially Ms Natfon (sorry if I got your name wrong, can’t remember the spelling 🥲) and Mr Ryan who served us during breakfast on all 3 days. They were prompt in clearing our empty dishes, following up on our beverage orders, checking in with the food and were very attentive with my elderly family members. Their service is truly commendable and one of the best we’ve seen out of all our travels. Thank you for giving us a memorable experience!

It was a girls trip this time, and thanks to my friends, I got to try the Amari. Given the affordable price (less than THB3,360/USD91/£73/€85/AUD141/CAD125/SGD124 per night for a twin-sharing room), the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The Amari is centrally located with malls and restaurants within walking distance. While we found it quite easy to get a cab at the hotel, the traffic was often so crazy that we can safely say that it would be wise to pick a hotel where you can simply walk or take the train to get around (although do put on sunscreen and maybe wear a hat, as it’s so very hot in April!). The Amari is a well-maintained five-star hotel that used to be the Amari Watergate. Platinum Fashion Mall is just opposite the hotel and CentralWorld is close by too. (Do note that many hotels in Bangkok are directly connected to a mall, which is so very convenient especially since one can avoid walking in the heat and all that humidity.) The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. It even has two squash courts. I enjoyed working out at the gym and swimming in the pool when there was hardly anyone around, as well as using the steam room and dipping pool in the restroom. We also managed to get a deep tissue massage at the spa. Our twin-sharing rooms on the 22nd floor were clean, well-maintained (surprisingly no sign of wear and tear!) and quite spacious for the price. Along with the usual hotel amenities, including bathroom slippers, we had a work desk, a sofa, his and hers sinks, as well as a shower and a bathtub. The only disappointment was the sub-standard food served by the kitchen for the Le Petit Chef dining experience. (See a separate review on Le Petit Chef Bangkok at Amari Bangkok.) Overall, I think this is a solid alternative for anyone considering a more affordable five star hotel accommodation.

We loved this hotel - it was beautifully presented, efficient desk service, cool lifts and the breakfast was amazing. This was part of our Far East travels and it would have been great to stay a little longer. It is situated in a busy area with lots of shopping malls and markets close by. The breakfast is a must while the room was comfortable with big beds. Worth a stay in such a vibrant city.

The hotel is clean, and new. The location is really strategic, you can reach pretty much central, gaysorn etc by foot. Khun Por helped me with questions and check-ins. He was very helpful, recommend the place.
