Booked through Oyo. Had a terrible check-in experience. The hotel had a troubled agreement with Oyo due to which they denied to check-in us at the paid prices: December 2022 The same incident happened today (12/08/2023) . My sister & brother in law went there & paid for the room but hotel management told that all rooms are booked. Never ever visit or book this hotel else the level of harassment you'll face is extreme.

Very bad experience. Hotel is [much far away than what they say] from the main road. Rooms are very badly maintained. Response from the hotel staff / Management is not at all good. No basic facilities like travel desk / support on guiding on those lines. .

Hotel members are very helpful, they are very conscious about their guests. Location is great. Just one minute to ghat. Kashi vishnath temple just 10 minute walking distance. Lots of food junction, market very near to the hotel. Rooms are decent and still under improvement process. Very good stay for my family.

We booked online and it was written room with Air con. Actually we were searching for rooms with Air con and this place gave the same price as other that also holds good reviews so we decided to stay at this place. We booked one night and if the experience was good we’d extend it. Unfortunately we noticed in the reception that room with Air con is 1,200 rupees and fan is 700 rupees. I requested them to cancel as soon as they told us. Because on booking only one type of room was available and written air con. There was no other option. The owner was understandable and let us to stay one night as booked. Rooms are big and shower good. We didn’t have breakfast and we did check out next morning for another hotel with air con and affordable price.

Wounderfull place very kind people and all the staff is very good neat and clean place all time hot water and wifi is working the ganga ghat is quite close to the hotel wakable 20 step distance and Mr.Anupam(shiv) has been really helpful taking good care of the guest i would definitely come back
