Suffocating rooms with less light, situated inside the Mall

It was a shock when we reached there as the ambience is very bad, this hotel is in the Mall, all the rooms there have no ventilation at all, we they show you the room they will spray the room freshner first. There are only 4 lights which is very dim on the head board of the bed. Rooms are big but very dull smelly. AC they only on during the night time n morning they switch off God knows why they do this, n then one feels so soffocating that we kept our room door open. Bathroom was dirty where there was drainage problem. Manager rude. They serve left over food the next day evening. When they know we are going to checkout they kept asking when are you leaving by knocking the door. Also they don't feel shame in asking tip which we faced throughout our Kashmir journey. We need to carry enough cash as they just keep asking tip. I won't recommend this hotel which is situated near Lal chowk inside the Mall.

One of the worst hotel, Dirtiest hotel,food not good, location is at a busy location and noisy. No good towel and beds are stinking and white pillows are looking black and looks dirty. No proper lighting

Very nice to stay in hote aksa srinagar.. Everything was good. Manager Mr Jahangir is very helpful person & coporate us full & always be ready for us.. Thanks Mr jahangir Sahaib... Visit again....

Extremely sorry to say that this hotel is not capable of doing the hotel business and the management should learn some hospitality and hotel management. No sufficient staff, no clean rooms, no ventilation, all guests keep complaining about one or the other thing, where as the manager runs to hide his face and avoid the guests. They are cheating the customer and take two bookings for each room. Really the best example of mismanagement and poor business skills. I can mention more stuff about this hotel but it's waste of my time. But I would definitely say a big no no to this hotel, if anyone wants to book the rooms for your trip think twice before you do that. Or else your trip will be definitely be spoilt.

Dont stay here even if they offer you a room for free. Uncleaned bedsheets Spider Webs hanging straight on your face when you lie down to sleep.Electricity keeps on going and coming frequently,No Hot water For bath when needed. They turn off room heaters at night then whats the use.Dinner or breakfast looks like free charitable food which we skipped and TO TOP IT ALL THEIR STAFF IS SO RUDE & MANNERLESS. Bloody goons .NEVER VISITING KASHMIR AGAIN
