I stayed in “AF Hotel AquaPark” Baku during this EID. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Even don’t deserve 1 star. No room supplies, no pillows and bath towels. Even after 4-5 reminders still no service. TV Phone not working. and you will be locked out as the room access card doesn’t work. You need to call housekeeping to open the doors. Waste of time traveling from city (almost for 1 hour) also waste of money as it is expensive than other hotels in City. No English Understanding staff (English speaking is far away). Big NO to this hotel.

The worse hotel I've ever been... too dirty, awful, rooms are old ,dirty, every thing is broken, breakfast is terrible, it deserves 1 star level... room service is not helpful. beds and blankets and everything in the room are dirty and disgusting... swimming pool is definitely dirty. I'm so upset with wasting my time, money and trip days in AF hotel... don't book it 👎👎👎👎

Nothing was working in this hotel. Cold shower, shortage of toilet paper rolls, broken internet, broken TV, broken telephone in the room, broken water tap in the toilet, no storage room for suite cases,etc,etc.On top of that very rude employees at the reception. Shouting at aggressive attitude were their daily practice.

The worst hotel in the Baku city.Far from city center(more than 30k.m) Dirty and cold indoor with bad smell. No kettle, safty box and wifi in the rooms. The worst hotel that I've been yet. Far from city center(more than 30k.m). Bad smell in the indoor, no safty box and wifi in the rooms, no enough food, tea in breakfast meal.
