Lovely hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean throughout and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice of continental and cooked food. Perhaps the decor could be considered a little "tired" but this certainly did not stop us having a great 4 nights stay there.

We decided that we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever so the full 5 is what we have awarded. I was concerned that our front facing room could have had a noise problem but the thick blackout curtains meant we had a decent sleep on comfy beds. Rooms were serviced every morning and towels changed every day. Kettle and tea tray brought up for us on request, water provided every day. Breakfast was wonderful, everything we could have wanted. The staff were all friendly and professional. In a great location minutes from the airport bus, metro, restaurants and shops plus an easy to walk to the old town.

Bed was nice and comfy, room generally decent but a bit tired. Soundproofing and AC major issues - nightclub pumping through the room all night Saturday, noise from kids in courtyard all morning - AC blows hot air around the room. Overpriced for what it was.

This hotel has very friendly staff, nice breakfast and spatious & clean rooms, little outdated though. Also location is very good. A BIG minus is lack of soundproof. You hear everything from the next room and corridor.So If you want to party, sing, watch tv, have sex or otherwise be wake at nights please go to somewhere else -your neighbours don’t want to be awake with you!

Well I don’t know where these bad reviewers stayed but our experience of this hotel was completely at odds with theirs . Firstly we arrived exceptionally early to check in after emailing them to ask if we could, they were most accommodating and we had our room from 1 1 lady and 1 gentleman on reception and both chatted and checked us in , I asked about a kettle and had one as soon as we got in our room Decor was clean and fresh towels looked new white and fluffy comfortable bed with crisp white linen ,no cracked tiles and the room amenities were far above what you’d expect in a 4 star , iron and foldaway ironing board , towelling robes and slippers , bathroom amenities , toothbrush and toothpaste, matching comb, shaving kit ,body lotion , facial accessories,nice shower and sink liquid soap, only here for one night pre cruise but certainly we would book here again
