Our group of 11 stayed in 2 apartments, they are absolutely beautiful, everything we needed for a visit to Athens .The host Alex , was brilliant, from carrying all our luggage , to reccomending places to go , and restaurants, hooking us up with a clinic which provide pcr testing in the apartment ( necessary for out later cruise ) receiving , printing and delivering our results , absolutely nothing was a problem for him . The area is very safe and just beside Plaka a pedestrian area full of restaurants and shops and minutes drive from all the major sightseeing areas.We would highly reccommend these apartments , a definite gem in the city of Athens

Wonderful location a few caveats

We have previously stayed at a Bill and John property in April 2018. We had very high expectations. We did have a great time in Greece and loved the location and the apartmwnts was beautifully decorated. We just had a few issues. The apartment was not outfitted with enough toilet paper for the guests so we did have to go out and buy more. Only one trash bag was provided. The laundry soap container was empty but we did go and buy our own. One of the showers clogged and they did come to fix. One of the toilets would not stop runnung which was also taken care of. We booked the airport transfer for 4 adults from the airport and back through Bill&John. The transfer from the airport was perfect in a van enough room for evetybody. But the way back we were given a regular taxi where one of us had to sit on anothers lap for the 40 minutes to the airport for 65 euros! Ultimately we were disappointed in the condition of the apartment as compared to our last visit. Although everything was taken care of timely we would rather have not had to think about it at all like last time. Greece has just opened up so maybe things are a bit rusty. I would recommend this apartment in the end.

Our family of 6 (3 generations) stayed here and it did not disappoint. Great location, amazing decor, wonderful owners. What a gem! Within walking distance of the Acropolis, (and we went on a Segway trip too-amazing fun) and also short walk to Plaka - definitely worth a visit for an evening meal. When we go back to Athens, we are definitely staying here again.

Could not have asked for a better location or a more gorgeous and comfortable apartment for our short stay in Athens. Having the Acropolis just steps away and the metro just around the corner game my family and I so many options to get to quickly. It really allowed us to get the most out of our limited time. A huge selection of restaurants just down the street made meals so convenient. The residence is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is very spacious and can handle much larger groups than just the 3 of us. I highly recommend this location for those travelling to Athens, and would gladly stay here again. Ioannis provided all the information requested leading up to our stay and stayed in constant contact to ensure we had what we needed. He me us to check us in, and provided great suggestions on things to do and where to go during our stay. It was a pleasure working with him, and he definitely helped make the trip memorable.

Perfect accommodation and great location

Our family of six loved this accommodation. So much space and just a short walk to the Acropolis and the plaka area. This is MUCH better than a hotel. So comfortable being able to spread out in the lounge or dining area. The bathrooms are excellent, everything’s has been thought of including Netflix, good coffee etc. Alex met us the apartment within 2 minutes of us calling. He gave a great tour and then provided lots of local advice. We will definitely stay here again if back in Athens.
