This hotel is right in the middle of the action in Buckhead, and right across from Phipps Plaza, which has a Nordstrom. The front desk people were very nice and the room was modern, clean, and well-equipped. My main concern was with turning the light on and off in the toilet room. I got up to go to bed in the middle of the night, and the light took a long time to turn off, which kept me from getting back to sleep. Also, the open bathroom concept was fine for one person staying in the room, but if I got up before my husband, it would be nearly impossible not to wake him up.

This is an extremely nice property. The atmosphere is very relaxing and all staff were attentive. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a hotel stay as much. The standard room was very large and had a mini fridge. One of thet things I liked best was the hard wood (or likely luxury vinyl) flooring. I usually like to have something on my feet when I walk around a hotel room even when the carpet appears clean. But this floor was spotless and the entire room was as clean as can be. The breakfast was really good and worth the $18 charge and then some. Parking was $40, which I take is not out of line for Buckhead. The hotel appeared to not be busy so I was able to park right outside the entrance without going into the underground parking garage Right across the parking lot is a Nordstrom store in a mall connected to other upscale stores.

This is a very nice property well located in the major shopping area of Buckhead. The rooms are nice. The overall decor is attractive and there is close parking. However, when I arrived, I asked what amenities they had for titanium guests and the only option was either points or a $10 credit toward their $18 breakfast buffet. Since we had a handicap parking permit because of a recent accident - and there was handicap parking right in front of the property. I asked if the $25 per day parking fee could be waived as a reflection of Marriott's consistent effort to "thank me for my loyalty". However, that was quickly denied because the manager said their policy did not allow for that. In fact, I felt bad for the manager that he did not have any power to make any exceptions. If you look back, I believe there was a previous review from a senior elite member who had a similar experience at this property. There are many wonderful Marriott properties nearby in the Phipps Plaza/Lenox Square area who I'm sure will be capable of recognizing your loyalty.

First time staying at this hotel, and I have stayed at others in the Buckhead area. When looking for a hotel in this area there are plenty of options, and I selected this one for its proximity to Brookhaven area which was the reason I was in town - only a short 10-minute drive. I shared a room with family and it was large enough to fit all our things from the bathroom to the closet - we were able to spread out and not feel cramped. The hotel lobby is modern and the room had a similar vibe. One call out, our shower was a little dirty - there was build up on the walls but besides that everything else was clean. Overall a solid stay, enjoyed the free coffee in the morning and access to both Buckhead and Brookhaven.

Very nice hotel in nice part of town. Bed and pillows amazing. Room nice size. Bathroom large with good water pressure. Hotel a little pricey but probably because of area. Parking is a little strange to get in and is additional $25 per night even though you park car yourself. Very quiet. Bar available as well as food we did not use since staying one night.
