The reason for rating this hotel as average is the state of the bedspreads that were in use in our room. It was a torn and worn out bedsheet that we had to sleep on. I was surprised that the housekeeping staff did not give attention to having proper bedsheets for the guests. On a positive note, the room was spacious. Room service was prompt. The buffet breakfast was good with very good service from the staff present.

This hotel is located on the Kumily highway , also not faraway from main area of Theni. It is easy to locate. This property has got vast car parking area behind the hotel so no worries if you park your own car, it is well protected. Room is spacious . We faced issue in TV remote which was rectified immediately. We stayed in Mullai room where it has got water heater , but it’s power was controlled in the reception. It was switched ON by default in the morning hours. During other times if we request in the reception they are switching ON. We did not had food in this property, instead had food from a hotel opposite to this property called Shree Aryas which was very good . One tip is to ask for the rooms on the back side of the property since it is situated on highway you will hear vehicles horn sound in the rooms situated on the front of this property. We were given the room near to front portion so able to hear horn sound at night also. I faced issue in ordering tea from the hotel restaurant because of lack of coordination on the people taking order from restaurant. But it was solved .They can improve on this aspect. Overall my stay is good.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, i had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms are good in terms of cleanliness and the room was comfort. Only issue with the rooms hot water is not coming in one of our rooms. We are there with kids, and we informed them, But we didnt get hot water in one of our rooms. Added the breakfast that was provided doesnt have different varieties. I think there are fewer people for serving in the restaurant area. For getting water we need to remind 3 to 4 times. Apart from that everyhing is fine

Good Property but lack of Maintenance, front office guy on night duty was very rude. The lobby and the rooms are ok... The bathroom needs lot of maintenance no hot water unfortunately we shower edin other room....The closet seat has not fixed properly,the walls and taps are stained... Complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark , it will be ready only after 7:30 a.m., Even the menu is not up to the mark... I suggest management to maintain the standard for what you charge. Overall I don't suggest this Property bcoz not worthy for our money.

Was happy with our 4 nights stay. but one of our friends left earlier he forgot a shirt and the reception told us they found it. Later on collection they have changed their verison and now they dont know anything abouth this. Some staff is obviously not honest so dont leave things in room they have no safety boxes.
