Beyond exceptional service and hospitality. I can’t think of a single touch point or an interaction with any staff member during my stay that didn’t bring a smile to my face. Highest level of service standards, eagerness to assist and please and genuine levels of engagement with the guests during my stay. Clearly staying at Oberoi on my next stay be it in India or outside.

Best hotel in town, i loved every part of the stay especially GARDENS, every room offers balconies. And a great view towards gardens. Hotel staff especially front office bell deck, concierge are extremely courteous and pleasant to talk to. Special thanks to Harsh Vinayak Tanias Pankaj and front office manager Vani. This is 5-star hotel but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the entire team who does a great job here.

Set in a lovely, large garden, the Oberoi is a peaceful respite from the madness of Bangalore traffic, just outside the gates. The rooms are not huge, but they are nicely appointed and overlook the garden. My room had a deep bath and separate shower. There was also a tv to watch from the bath, although I could not get mine to work. There was an espresso machine in the room too, The pool in the garden is lovely, and there are lounges to relax on. The hotel restaurants were all very nice. But it's the staff who make an Oberoi special, and the Bangalore Oberoi is a great example of the brand.

Truly excellent facility and service and wonderful restaurants. We always stay at The Oberoi each time we are in Bengaluru because of the service and the amazing ambiance. The Oberoi in Bengaluru has some of the best rooms anywhere and we particularly enjoy the view our to the tree and garden at the lower floors. The Wabi Sami and Lapis restaurants have excellent food and amazing service.
