Had to spend a night in this hotel. Apart from the locational advantage the place has got nothing to boast of. On this day also the hotel bills u manually. Rooms are small n smelly. The bed linens too are not that clean. The lift switches needs special effort n trick to respond to ones command. One may stay if all other options are exhausted.

It is the worst hotel ever visited and would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Such a shabby room provided with an old AC, used soap packed again for use, old towels, bedsheets and dirty room.

Booked thru a renowned travel agency,they issued voucher of ALKA PREMIER but contact no. was printed of ALKA CLASSIC, a partner hotel and when contacted on the given number, the person on the phone was not able to give the exact address of ALKA PREMIER, situated only a few hundred meters away from CLASSIC. Room was very small, corridors were dirty, AC was noisy and control was with the reception even no AC remote was available.Fan had only one speed. Breakfast(Chhole kulche only) supplied in the room and was brought from some road side vendor .

What else would you need other than a moderately decent hotel situated right in the heart ❤️ of Delhi very close to all the tourist attractions in a budget. I wouldn't want to complain or comment much about the facilities and amenities for we would hardly care about it given the location. The room was very small and there was an old crt tv and a phone which were kept there for a namesake. Neither of them were working. However, the staff were courteous and they offered us breakfast on the same day we checked in since we were scheduled to depart that day evening itself. The toilet is clean and hot water is available. The rooms of the hotel are situated in the second floor and accessible by a lift.

worst stay experience which I never found any where , they don't have even restaurant for the food they buy foods from outside and they fill it in tiffin box and service to us even they don't provide me any help
