Room was clean and as advertised, washroom was large and modern. No elevator or air conditioning which we knew upon booking. Hanine was at the front desk and was very helpful. Steps away from the subway station and a quick ride to all the major attractions. Great value.

Couples trip to Paris, midrange hotel

We arrived in the middle of August on a trip through France. We booked for three nights for €290 and had a room at the front of the hotel facing the street. We were warmly welcomed at the desk and although we weren't warned about the stairs or the parking ( €19 per day, about 1km away underground) it wasn't an issue for us. The room on the second floor was small and basic but clean enough. A fan had been provided, although no bottled water or cups to drink it from. We slept with the windows open due to the heat and if noise affects you then be warned it is a busy Paris street. There is no bar or restaurant on site but we ate very well at several local establishments. Our main problem was the mattress quality ( there was no protector ), and although firm it had seen better days and we did suffer a little back ache in the morning. Breakfast is basic but adequate if a little over priced for ok coffee and croissants, with one fruit bowl and some yogurt. I would come back again. Also for the money I think a couple of touches like a full length mirror, a few more hangers , bottled water and cups,would be better value.

The room itself was small, but quite fine on the first view. The bathroom was a nightmare honestly... besides all the mold in the shower the water from the sink ran through the cabinet below and on the floor. Unfortunately the bathroom door couldn't be closed because the doorframe was uneven.. no privacy at all during your business. In the room itself had also mold on the wall and in the window corners. On the way to our room (3rd floor) we say a room door with a huge gap to the floor. So I guess no privacy for those guests at all...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL: please save yourself and look for another hotel or house to stay. The hotel is not how it is marketed. The place is not what they show in the pictures. Location is not good too! Horrible amenities. We booked and paid for 2 rooms as advertised for 3 adults and a pet. They gave us 1 room with one double bed and one single. It was on the 4th floor with no lift and absolutely no space. They gave us parking that was out of the way, parking spaces were too small and someone ended up hitting our car. We had to move our car to a private parking. My worst stay ever in Paris. Staff was incapable and manager never spoke to us over the phone too. It was a Nightmare especially with my mother around. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
