I had a stay at Parkroyal Collection recently via HSBC group. We arrived very early and there is no room available and with long long que in the reception.Came a lady who handle the crowded very smoothly with her professional skill with beautiful smile.Ms Jothi. Honestly she made us breezed away withour long flight. The point is they assigned the smallest room where I cant even hang my cloths. I approach to the reception and ask for room change and non of them responded to my enquiries They stick with wording, we are not allowed to change room for you bcoz its been assign by the organizer.But the managers don’t have the skill to solve the problem and standing attending the guest with automated human. I was sitted at the lobby couch and saw Ms Jothi and quickly I approach her and told her about my request, she took all the initiative to liase with the organizer and immediately the organizer upgrade my room to Collection Floor. I was so relief. My question is , why the managers even the Front office manager don’t have the emphaty to attend the guest need? This is 5 star hotel, how you have this type of managers? Sorry to say I don’t feel the quality of service with them. However I very impressed with Ms Jothi who came and capality to solve my issue and few more of my colleques too. You organization should proud to have a leader as Jothi. Thank you for the help and the courtesy call given by Jothi through out my stay making sure im good condition . Bravo 👏🏼

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, both for leisure. Service has always been excellent. Never had problems until my last stay. I was staying for 1 night during my last trip. I asked to settle the bill at check-in and requested for the invoice to be sent to my email once it was ready. I provided my email address for this to be done. 2 days after my trip, still no invoice in my inbox. I called their enquiry line and asked that the invoice be sent to me ASAP. They said they will relay my message to the reception. 4 days after trip, still nothing. I dropped them a message via their Whatsapp link explaining the situation and that I urgently needed the invoice for my business claims. No reply. Fortunately, I had another trip to KL a week later, so I dropped by at the Parkroyal to personally ask for the hardcopy invoice. I was met with an expressionless face. No show of concern over what happened. Multiple questions were asked, when did I stay, which room etc. Took a while but I finally managed to collect my invoice! No apologies for the delay or inconvenience. It was as if I was just another guest who was checking out and getting my invoice printed. To update, more than a week after I first contacted them via Whatsapp, my message hasn't been acknowledged or responded to. No issue as I have gotten my invoice - but it does show how service has deteriorated since my first few stays.

Overcharged and with no response to emails or calls

I was overcharged and despite reaching out to the General Manager or the Duty Manager with 3 emails. There was no response. I am always firm believer that issues should be privately resolved so that there could be healing and recovery however it seems that ParkRoyal KL feels otherwise.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with both ParkRoyal Collection Hotel and Trip.com. My companions and I had made a reservation with ParkRoyal Collection Hotel for a six-night stay. However, due to a long journey, we missed the first night of our booking. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we requested an extension of one additional night free of charge, as we had already paid for the night that we missed. Unfortunately, the hotel declined our request and directed us to contact Trip.com, the platform through which we made our booking. Upon reaching out to Trip.com to address our concerns, we were disappointed to find that they did not assist us with our inquiry and instead redirected us back to the hotel. Despite our efforts, neither the hotel nor Trip.com were willing to address our request. As a result, we incurred a financial loss of £80 for the missed night. Furthermore, I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of amenities and services provided by ParkRoyal Collection Hotel. The shower experience was subpar, and the absence of complimentary bottled water for guests is unacceptable for a hotel of its caliber. Additionally, the breakfast offered was repetitive and lacked freshness. Overall, my experience with ParkRoyal Collection Hotel and Trip.com has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend them to others. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of customer service and attention to guest satisfaction, particularly from a reputed 5-star hotel. I hope that this feedback will prompt both ParkRoyal Collection Hotel and Trip.com to address these issues and improve their services for future guests.

The welcome chocolate in the room was delicious and wishing it can be replenished each day of our stay. Good location to F&B, shopping centres and attraction. Diversified choices of breakfast buffet and beverages. Credits to service crews at the club lounges servicing breakfast and afternoon snacks, Excellent services from the crews and staff during check in, check out and dining times. This is our return stay so we hope the bathtub can be upgraded to accommodate 2 pax as it is our main criteria when come to selection of hotel stay.
