Bed and Pillows all were good .extra bedding needs improvement ,mainly for adult the Matress is not comfortable (70kg and above) Property is very Good Staff is very polite and supportive. Indian Food is awesome .we enjoyed late evening IPL show on wide screen. For beer person options are very limited. Weekly events should be organised during long weekends .DJ on weekends should be a must. Activities were closed during our visit that made our children Little Sad and lonely ,only pool Was operational. Pool Was clean and maintained. Overall 4.5 out 5 rating .

I stayed only for one day with my parents. The hotel staff and the front desk staff is very accomodating and always ready to help. The rooms were neat and clean. I loved the vintage look they have give ln to all the rooms. It has beautiful play area for kids and a very good swimming pool with sauna and other facilities. Breakfast spread was wholesome and we loved everything. Despite being very near to the Mahabaleshwar market, this place has its own peace and tranquility. Highly recommended.

Overall a good stay !! The property is very beautiful. Families will thoroughly enjoy as there is a kids play area which is safe guarded and lot of options to keep the kids busy alongside a swimming pool. ( the swimming needs a filtration as it had a lot of tiny stones which I could feel under my feet). The main market is just 100m away which is loaded with alot of games for kids shopping facilities and veg non veg resturants. I tried the spa too it was pretty relaxing. The staff from all department were approachable and helpful. Specially bahadur who always is ready to assist you upon seeing you loaded with bags. Abhishek and Rajesh at the buffet and at the inroom dining were welcoming and always checking if we need anything else to make our stay comfortable. Samir at front desk too was helpful. My husband requested the front desk to decorate the room and arrange for a cake which was informed to him which comes with a charge. The decor was good the 1/2 kg black cake was below average. For the decor and cake we were charged 3k which was totally not worth it, a black forest cake is counted as the most cheapest cake at any cake shop we were aleast expecting a better quality cake . Mostly for birthdays and annvisary we go out for a mini vacation, most hotels not just decorates the room but also provides with a complimentary 250gm cake. I was very disappointed as the entire decoration was not worth the amount we paid also the cake we could not have it much. Im not asking for a complimentary decor service the price needs to be worked upon as it was absolutely not worth it !!

While I was planing my visit to Mahabaleshwar, I was looking at a property which has an old colonial type feel..I came across The Chambers which did seem like that on pictures and booked the same.. Let me tell you, the property is really beautiful..the decor has been kept like a colonial one..Very tastefully done.. My suggestion would be pls go for the Suite rooms..they are definitely expensive, but really worth it, overlooking garden. The staff is very friendly..The property has enough parking space ..Good children area for them to play ..the food served at the restaurant is quite good.. The property has recently opened a bar which serves nice cocktails..Aniket really served us well here Aaryan also was very helpful in making us play archery.. The main market is close by..I would strongly recommend this to people who want to go back to the old world charm..
