Location is very good near to railway station and Yatra registration counter 2 1 . New construction is going on the front side so full of dust and should be risky for elder and kids 2. No water bottles provided at hotel 3. Worst room to online booking customers 4 . Avoid room number 111 which is sharing window with kitchen so full of noise until midnight 5. No intercom in room #111 6. Simply avoid this hotel until construction work completes that may last end of 2024

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with 5 kids and total 14 people ....near busstand and railway station

Good to stay. For day or couple days, clean and in budget hotel at Katra, family hotel, staff is polite, and rooms are big in size. Food also available at hotel, lift facilitie available at hotel. They provide the extra mattress without any cost.

I was scared to travel post covid and was worrying how the condition of the hotel would be as per my surprise the rooms were clean and was sanatized more over the front desk was very helpful to plan my visit to vaishno devi , food was very yum they did helped me to how to get the tickets as well overall a present experience. They have a very big garden to relax and take sun bath as well.
