Excellent location (this much is true and can't be denied) but highly disappointing to say the least: small room, very old mattress, no cold water (yes!!! a first time for me: couldn't take a shower without getting scalded), badly ventilated room and bathroom, a bit mouldy, disrespectful neighbours checking in and out very late/early, very mediocre breakfast - although seemingly free of charge ==> do everything yourself and end up in the nearby coffee shop anyway. Oh and the reception is actually 100 meters further in another street, on the second floor...

Nice spot close enough to the ancient sites, you can walk. Air conditioner didn't work, but the room was great and it has a smart tv you can login to. Breakfast/snacks all day in the common room. Rooms are nicely sound proof and you can't hear the outside.

Our experience with the hotel had ups and downs. The staff was really nice, the location of the hotel is excellent but there are some problems that could be fixed. I don't recommend the breakfast at all. It's really disappointing. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is ok.

Didn't actual know we booked a B & B until we arrived. I know silly right when its in the name? But in Australia, they are always labelled as bed & Breakfast, and since i narrowed the search down to 'hotel' searches only, this was still in there so it went unnoticed. Scary little elevator and stairs when checking in but once you get through that, it opens up into a cute little check in room. The reception guy was lovely and showed us a map of Rome that helped us so much was used it every day to get around!! Cute little room, bed was very comfy and very clean. Bathroom was nice and big, clean and big enough shower. Wifi didnt really work most of our stay which was quiet frustrating at times. Amazing location!!!! So convenient with all public transport it was great! Also a small supermarket across the road made everything easier for our stay if we needed something!! Great value for the money you pay

The hotel was located in a very safe neighbourhood with many food options. Located about 2-3 stops from Roma Termini, made it very easy for us to get to places or the tourist attractions. They were very flexible with the check in and they do text you beforehand to confirm your flight timing to try to get a room ready before your arrival if possible. Would definitely go there again when in Rome. There was a good Chinese restaurant; Grand Dragon, opened by Hong Kongers. Good quality and cheap food!
