Very nice service in all segments .. no complaints from my side .. room service very good ... Food excellent... Staff behaviour excellent.. in all the room rent is totally worthy .. thanks to Rajeev ji for superb breakfast ... Priyanshu ji for good behaviour and helping us to get up early for Puja

I used to stay here almost 5 days in every month, almost staff recognised me by face but on 18 april once i reached reception for check in, the guy was there behaviour was surprised me , he was so rude once i request for normal room as he offered me a very small room he TOLD ME RUDELY DO NOT BOOK NEXT TIME INDIA HOTEL.... IT WAS ALMOST 12 IN MIDNIGHT SO I FEEL HELPLESS, STAYED THERE NEXT DAY I HAVE RAISED MY complaint to manager , and he is so generous and courteous he expressed sorry for there staff and ensure me to change my ROOM AND HE DID IT ON 19TH april. Finally my stay completed with full comfort after changing the room and feel thankful to Manager and othere staff specially restaurant supervisor.

Wonderful experience overall! The hotel staff is well trained, efficient and professional. The rooms are neat and clean and food is awesome. Thank you Sushil Tiwariji and Rajivji and the entire team for making our trip memorable. Will definitely come back again.
