Clean hotel, spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms, comfy bed, utterly comfy pillows, perfect air conditioning...only disappointment is the food...but Varanasi has lots and lots of great food options so food at the hotel can be totally avoided. We had breakfast and it was pathetic. Apart from food everything is 10 on 10.
