Goo d place for a solo visit or stay ..not for family visits ..no restaurant in the hotel and no good restaurants near by ..but it is close to the main road..rooms are basic but was neat and clean ..for food you have to either go to the cmr mall or order through apps

We came here for jain saints darshan no person is attending phone calls,no room service, even they don't change bed sheets for 3 days , we were 30 members with 45 luggage they even don't give any person for luggage when we check out room from 4th floor as the lift was not working

Believe me it's worst hotel I have ever seen.Theres no proper service in hotel.Rooms are not cleaned till 8-10 days. At the day of check out the lift stopped working & we have to bring our luggage by steps from 4-5 floors.There is only one servant in whole hotel who is very lazy for his work. Reception speaks only Tamil no english no Hindi. Behaviour with customer is very bad no politeness is showed. Customers are treated badly and gives badwords to customers.👎👎👎👎👎

I was here with my family for 3 days but it was not a good experience as not proper service only one houseboy in the entire hotel as well as I had to call many times for cleaning my rooms but every time the pass it any other useless reason didn't got any proper reply from staff too Rooms are also too small as see on pic online Hotel don't have any restaurant even if you wanna have tea you have to wait at least an hour Lift don't worry properly lift stop in mid way only no power connection very rude staff not friendly all the reviews are of there team only OTHERS ARE FAVE REVIEW MAXIMUM BY THERE STAFF ONLY Short conclusion : Don't visit unless u want to suffer

Stayed from 22nd Feb to 27th Feb. Very clean and well kept room. Good service. The Breakfast is lousy. One idly and fistful of upma, to quote an example. Of course Fast food centres and self service restaurants (Sairam hotel etc) are nearby. Overall, enjoyed stay.
