It’s a true gem in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Each and every single contact I had with staff was very friendly and kind. I honestly never experienced a place with such a customer oriented behavior. I especially loved the pool area which is so refreshing and has a beautiful garden too. My room was bigger than expected and I enjoyed the bed and small kitchenette. It was all very clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely come back. If I had to name a downside of the hotel it would be the distance to Bts / MRT. The shuttle from hotel to Korean town is nice but if you get back via bts / MRT it’s far and a bit dark at night. I will nevertheless come back and also bring my child as it’s just beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

Hotelroom: Great view overlooking the pool and the city. We had a room up in the 10th floor. Pool: Best pool! Not only beautiful but also nicely cool after a hot bangkok-day! Staff: The staff is also very nice and we felt very welcomed. We will come back for sure!

Hotel has a lovely garden and an okay breakfast where you can sit outside and enjoy the garden. Pool also nice in the garden. Hotel itself starting to look a bit tired but still perfectly comfortable. The room we had on the 11th floor was much better than the room on the 5th floor. Good location close to Asoke and Nana stations.

My wife and I booked a room last minute for 3 nigjts and were not disappointed. I have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Location is fantastic, and you are in the heart of Sukhumvit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Some of the furniture upholstery could be updated, but it wasn't too bad. The front desk and support staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. If I was to have one complaint, it was that the pool water was a little dirty. I only had one m and didn't make it back to the pool. We booked last minute because the hotel were were staying at was a dump and we left after one night. Shout out to Aspira 12th Avenue for helping make our last 3 nights in Bangkok the very best. I would not hesitate to return.

Very nice and cosy place with a great pool, backyard. Rooms are spacious and the bedlinen are of high quality. Tuk Tuk Service to Sukhumvit main road. Service level is very high, Fiat (I believe he was the bellboy organised a trip to a Muay Thai fight. Room/pool service, food is good.
